“Stain on chair in the room, asked them to swap out chair. Never happened! SECOND day, new Manager said she would take care of it, NEVER happened! That night the original manager said he cleaned the chair. It was SOAKING Wet, and Still stained! The breakfast bagels and muffins were so stale, we could throw them and break a window!! The room had a smell of old vomit and BO. Avoid this property if possible. ”

“The check in and out staff were amazing. Friendly, efficient and so accommodating to our requests. Lisa, Amanda and Kim were all amazing for their attention to detail. Comfy bed and pillows and great water pressure in the shower. Definitely would recommend ”

“Unfortunately the only negative comment would be the bed solution for 4 people. The pull out bed for the third and fourth person is extremely uncomfortable (slept on coils and not on a mattress) . I don't know if this is a mistake that we made when we booked...perhaps it was possible to have had two double beds. Excellent desk staff. Friendly, efficient help both for breakfast and cocktail hour. Beautiful Autumn flowers in the outdoor landscaping. ”

“Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. ”

“I’ve stayed at this property before and each time I hope that it will be a better stay. I think this will be my last time. We had a sink and shower that were clogged so they filled quickly and drained slowly, our room smelled wet and musty, the refrigerator did not work and the pull out bed was not clean in addition to the extra blankets above the closet for the pull out bed had a hole in it. The breakfast was running out of food, potatoes were cold in the middle, eggs were fine, pancakes were...

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”

“The property rates 4 star but it isn’t even 1 star. It has smoke and weed smell starting from the entrance. Bedding and furnishings are in terrible condition. Peeled and stained. Dirty overall. Carpeting stained and ripped. Front desk won’t answer a call and they are sitting in the front doing nothing.”

“The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe.
