“Everything about this place is wonderful. It is just great. My only feedback this time is the condition of the parking lot and especially at the main entrance. It was very slippery with a high risk for falls. I think there needs to be some focus on the snow clean up. ”

“Unfortunately the only negative comment would be the bed solution for 4 people. The pull out bed for the third and fourth person is extremely uncomfortable (slept on coils and not on a mattress) . I don't know if this is a mistake that we made when we booked...perhaps it was possible to have had two double beds. Excellent desk staff. Friendly, efficient help both for breakfast and cocktail hour. Beautiful Autumn flowers in the outdoor landscaping. ”

“The hotel seems barely functional. The ice machines are all broken, Beth faucets won’t shut off, stairway carpet is patched with duct tape, complimentary breakfast is only cereal and yogurt, and the exterior is overgrown with weeds . It appears 75% of the facility is shut down for various reasons ”
