Hotel vicino a Sharon Woods Golf Course - Cincinnati

“Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible. The bed was sitting crooked on bed frame and looked hideous. Bed looked like a teenager made it...

“Hi, When I booked this hotel, the rate for one night on May 9 was $188.10. However, this hotel charged me $208.10, Total $20was overcharged. And no explanation or response to my email. I want to know why I was over charged extra beyond the agreed amount.”

“The property when entered was good. The bathroom around the tub was moldy and didn't feel clean ”

“Pet friendly. Good size rooms and sofa beds. Some issues with cleanliness staff being at desk for assistance and room upkeep without clean towels etc. Fine stay.”

“Unfortunately the only negative comment would be the bed solution for 4 people. The pull out bed for the third and fourth person is extremely uncomfortable (slept on coils and not on a mattress) . I don't know if this is a mistake that we made when we booked...perhaps it was possible to have had two double beds. Excellent desk staff. Friendly, efficient help both for breakfast and cocktail hour. Beautiful Autumn flowers in the outdoor landscaping. ”

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”

“First room didn’t have what I paid for, no sofa at all, second room had a sofa but no bed in it. Bathroom Door was broken and it was dirty in the room also it had small roaches. Immediately cancelled. ”

“We were surprised to find out that a dinner buffet with three adult drinks were also included in the stay, free of charge. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and thoughtfully laid out.”
