Hotel vicino a Topgolf - Cincinnati

“My 1st time Staying at an Avid Hotel. Check-in was quick & the lady was very kind! Our room was 114 so right by the lobby, it was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for a roll of toilet paper because the 2 rolls on the hanger each maybe had 10 squares each. Not a big deal, though. My two dislikes? First to preface, the lady at check in said “the room has everything you need and nothing that you don’t.” Well the fridge in the room was very small & the only microwave was a small one in the lobby....

“I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside. The tub had bars but no shower seat and the tub was very slippery for her. The beds were also very high and she had difficulty just getting on the bed from the wheelchair. “Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. ”

“Pop machine have out hot pops, no hot breakfast, someone over our head kept running around and holes in the curtains”

“We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...

“My toilet ran all night and started leaking from the base in the middle of the night. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean in quite some time. Floors were sticky. Microwave didn't work. ”

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”
