Cottage in Kenya

“Die Lage der Anlage und die Anlage selbst haben durchaus 4 Sterne verdient. Der cottage darf ich in Bezug auf Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis mit ruhigem Gewissen 5 Sterne verleihen. Diana, die gute Seele und cleanerin, sowie Doreen die Managerin der Anlage waren phänomenal!!!Jackline, die Eigentümerin der cottage, hat uns die letzte Urlaubswoche versaut und somit bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack zurück, was letztendlich die schlechte Bewertung begründet. ”

“The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
