“Meal service was below par. Not enough options, food kept running out. They only offer 1drink per person without refill, when requested for water, staff told us we have already received one juice. Did not offer water even at additional cost. Had to push staff to offer this (give us water). During meals, staff have to be requested for beverages multiple times before offering. Seems like they were understaffed. Lots of people who were doing multiple conferences, might need more staff to improve...

The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. “The animals truly do walk by this location OFTEN! As soon as I checked in I saw elephants, giraffes, monkeys, and zebras with the first hour. Sitting in your own private pool to view the wildlife was the cherry on top. Even though you're in a secluded area, Manyatta Camp offers extremely reasonable prices for their food and drinks. “This is a beautiful place! I loved it...but there was a very distinct bad (sewer) smell on my balcony that also came into the room. It kept me from being able to keep my windows open. This is unfortunate because this is really a beautiful place to visit and stay.”
