“The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. ”

“i booked for a three people luxury bungalow (air conditioned, 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed) with breakfast included. for real i got a bungalow with no air conditioned, no fan, no hot water, no fridge, no electricity but 19-21h, 1 only queen size bed and no breakfast included. manager offer me to let my daughter sleep on the floor, because "you are in cambodia", he said. after my insistences he allowed me to use another bungalow for free, but i had to pay for it at chek out. the wrost...
