“Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean. We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. ”

“The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. ”

“Clean,quiet and safe area. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Walkable to main Street, Kep market and ferries port where you can go to many islands like Rabbit island extra. I wish the residents around the areas help keep the streets clean and don't let their cows or dogs poop on the streets. ”

“i booked for a three people luxury bungalow (air conditioned, 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed) with breakfast included. for real i got a bungalow with no air conditioned, no fan, no hot water, no fridge, no electricity but 19-21h, 1 only queen size bed and no breakfast included. manager offer me to let my daughter sleep on the floor, because "you are in cambodia", he said. after my insistences he allowed me to use another bungalow for free, but i had to pay for it at chek out. the wrost...

“Very nice and decent hotel that is about 20 minutes walk from beach. Staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. Pool and parking was very easily accessible. Great experience.”
