“Sono rimaso delusi dalla mancata efficienza e gentilezza del personale della reception che ha bloccato le chiavi delle camere per errore senza scusarsi per il disagio. La colazione inclusa consiste in un sacchetto da asporto contenente una banana,un muffin,uno yogurt,una barretta di cereali e mezzo litro di acqua. Avremmo gradito essere avvisati di questo disservizio prima del nostro arrivo. Il personale della reception non ha fatto cenno del disservizio neppure all’arrivo. Ci hanno alloggiato...

“The hotel lobby has a certain smell that makes it feel older and dirty the moment you walk in. In comparison to other Courtyard hotels I've stayed in, the amenities were lacking for the price of the room. The actual hotel room felt clean and the bed was comfortable; but the common area/lobby didn't feel clean or well maintained. ”

“Stayed here numerous times and it’s always been a great experience. With one exception for a front desk clerk who replied to my recommendation that upon check in they could mention you have to request daily service said “well I’m advising you now” All other staff has been pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable. ”

“Hotel che ha conosciuto tempi migliori. Non abbastanza pulito e curato negli spazi comuni e corridoi, con molte zone da rifare completamente. Camere in parte ristrtturate ma non corrispondenti al prezzo richiesto.”

“When we checked in, we noticed sheetrocking was done but they had not painted or textured the lobby walls. This certainly did not detract from the picture of what it would be, but I had to wonder if the tape on the carpet seems was intended to be replaced with new carpet. The room was beautiful.”

“Molto gentile la signora che ci ha accolto alla reception. L'hotel è in una zona piuttosto isolata, con pochi servizi (alla domenica sera era tutto chiuso tranne un Denny's), ma comunque è un'ottima soluzione per una tappa sulla strada per il Sequoia National Park. Buona la colazione. Purtroppo l'area esterna risentiva di un cattivo odore, che si sentiva nella zona della piscina.”
