Condition and sanitation concernsWe arrived after an 8-hour drive for a same-day funeral and encountered a very stressful situation. The property was not properly prepared upon arrival, with unhygienic conditions throughout the space, including on the bed. In addition, there were sanitation conditions beyond normal standards, which raised concerns for us and were disappointing.Because of the state of the property, we were unable to remain and had to leave shortly after arrival. Encountering these issues after such long travel made the situation especially difficult.
