“Der familiäre Betrieb ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen sind sehr gut. Ideal zum wandern. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein genauso wie das Bad. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Es war alles da was man braucht.”

“The smells like an ashtray. The air was suffocating. The beds was 2 very small twin beds together that keep separating as we slept. No room service . No wifi provided. No stuff at night. Electric outlets were sparking when you plug a charger. Shower head broken ....😡😠😠”

“Wir haben die gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Köln HBF geschätzt. Im Hotel wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und in die Besonderheiten des großen Zimmers eingeführt. Wir haben uns sehr frei gefühlt. Das Bettzeug war hervorragend. Leider gab es im Bad einige "technische" Mängel. ”

“Anfangs waren wir verdutzt das der Burghof nicht mehr Burghof hieß . Haben vom Wirt erfahren das der Name am 1.9.19 gewechselt hat. Schlüsseübergabe um 16.30 im Restaurant. Deswegen frühere Anreise nicht nötig. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Bei Abreise Schlüssel in Briefkasten. Völlig problemlos. Immer wieder gern !”

“Eine Unterkunft für 80 €, bei der man beim Checkin Telefonnummern wählt, die nicht besetzt sind, man 15 Minuten auf dem Hof warten muss, bis jemand zum Checkin kommt, es trotz Lüftung miefig im Zimmer war, der Lattenrost an einer Stelle nicht mehr auf dem Bettrahmen auflag, die Federn fast aus der Matratze kamen und Fenster in einen Nachbarraum ohne vollständige Gardinen davor ist eine bodenlose Frechheit!!!!”

“Checkin available only 5-8 PM. My room was very small and uncomfortable. The area is worst fior a hotel. My room was kept very cold. To save energy- I normally lik cold but that was too cold. 3% surcharge was added for paying with credit card. The manager is obviously trying to squeeze out every penny for this facility. There were much better options for equal or lower price in the Cologne area but I got stuck with this bad choice.”

“Raramente mi succede di andare nei alberghi e non sentire rumori, voci dalle altre camere o dal corridoio, ho apprezzato tanto questa oasi di pace, l’ insonorizzazione garantita 👍In più nella hall c’è la macchinetta del caffè gratis a tutte le ore. Qui ci torneremo volentieri ”

“The room is big enough, the location is perfect. A lot of bars cafes and restaurants around, the metro is nearby. It’s clean and confortable. The only thing, there is no reception so a super stinky homeless person made it to our floor!”

“La struttura è in zona semicentrale, servita da mezzi pubblici. Proprio sotto l’albergo ci sono supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e tanti altri negozi per qualsiasi esigenza. Se si preferisce fare una passeggiata, il centro di Colonia dista circa mezz’ora. Ho avuto assegnato un appartamento all’ottavo piano con vista fantastica. Unica pecca il check-in, che se fuori orario va fatto su strada e nel mio caso, a causa del blocco della procedura, è stato necessario contattare l’assistenza.”
