“This is a great place. We've stayed here multiple times and we'll be back again. The staff is excellent, on-point and will do whatever they can to make your stay better. The bar is good and you can get most any cocktail you you want. Breakfast is good. It's a not a huge menu, but the food is well prepared and served by a staff that cares about making your stay good. ”

“Loved the tea and cookies every afternoon by the fire and Christmas Tree!!! Also love the breakfast!! My favorite was the cottage cheese and peaches! The bed could have been better but other than that it was great and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay!!”

The ground was breathtaking, the cabins were charming, the manor was carefully preserved and exquisitely decorated in every way, historical yet fully updated. The owners Jim and T were cheerful and friendly, and their dogs were quiet and sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!”

“This was a very clean and comfortable room, which is close to restaurants and fine shops and located very close to UVA medical facilities. They do accommodate pets for an additional charge. I brought my dog and felt very safe walking him late at night and the wee hours of morning. My husband took advantage of the free breakfast, which he thoroughly enjoyed. ”
