“I originally booked the room for one night from Expedia and the following morning at 7 AM. I went to the office and asked if I could pay for another night and they told me because I booked through third-party that they were requiring me to check out at 11 and then come back and check in again at three. And in the meantime, I still haven’t got my deposit back so I can’t check in again because I don’t have the money for another deposit, I think it’s a ridiculous policy and it is just that a...

“Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.”

“Run away from this place it is a dump. I am saying this with no exaggeration. Expect mold in your bathroom, expect bed bugs, expect to hear kids running around like its neighborhood. Highly do not recommend”

“Perfect for what I needed. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfy, there was breakfast, and the staff was chill 😎.”

“ Booked months in advance and was never told about the hotel being under construction before arriving there. Communication would be more professional in all aspects.”

“Todo en general muy bueno, lo recomiendo. Sin embargo, la propiedad debe mejorar un detalle y es que las habitaciones tienen un fuerte olor a humedad, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por eso. No sé si es falta de mantenimiento a los aires o deben poner algo de olor. Pero de todas manera lo recomiendo y estoy satisfecha.”

“It was a terrible place walked in and out didn’t even stay there. The staff told me they going to give me my refund never got it. I wasn’t staying never again. The hotel smell like weed and cigarettes, the room was very dirty the sheets were filthy.”
