“I originally booked the room for one night from Expedia and the following morning at 7 AM. I went to the office and asked if I could pay for another night and they told me because I booked through third-party that they were requiring me to check out at 11 and then come back and check in again at three. And in the meantime, I still haven’t got my deposit back so I can’t check in again because I don’t have the money for another deposit, I think it’s a ridiculous policy and it is just that a...

“Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.”

“The rooms were halfway clean complemented breakfast was not there even though they have it as they do staff with no help. It’s a ghetto place.”

“Just don't come here...spend the extra 15 bucks at another hotel...Ir wasn't the worst but the first room smelled like piss...rusted statues outside, broken and filthy pool...the staff was nice but heck no...go somewhere else. “Todo en general muy bueno, lo recomiendo. Sin embargo, la propiedad debe mejorar un detalle y es que las habitaciones tienen un fuerte olor a humedad, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por eso. No sé si es falta de mantenimiento a los aires o deben poner algo de olor. Pero de todas manera lo recomiendo y estoy satisfecha.”

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with your family. When we arrived, we discovered that part of the hotel appeared to be housing individuals through a government-supported temporary housing program. This was never disclosed before we made our reservation. During our stay, there were people outside smoking, drinking, and arguing with hotel staff. There was also active construction on the property, which added to the noise and overall uncomfortable...

“Run away from this place it is a dump. I am saying this with no exaggeration. Expect mold in your bathroom, expect bed bugs, expect to hear kids running around like its neighborhood. Highly do not recommend”
