“La stanza pulita e nuova e ben accessoriata. unico dubbio e il wc e la doccia che sono chiuse da una piccola porta a vetri scorrevole. se non hai intimita diventa un problema perche non esiste privacy. hotel bellissimo. colazione completa e con super orari. ”

“The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.”

“The large suite had a spectacular view with floor to ceiling windows facing Tampa Bay and downtown. The front desk staff was very helpful, but we saw no other staff. Amenities were sorely lacking. Neither the rooftop bar or and lobby cafe were open. The coffee pot in the room was dirty from prior guest. The room was clean, but maintenance was lacking. The bathroom light flickered, the shower plumbing made loud hammering noises while it was being adjusted. Parking at the hotel was full. Had to...

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“The room wasn’t ready when we got there and I kept having to go back through the line because it was already after 4pm. Finally at 4:30 she got us a room. Then they’re knocking on door at 10:45am to clean it asking when we’re leaving. For $400+ dollars, it be nice to have a room for the correct length of time.”
