Situated in Midtown, 73 PALMS is a short walk or bike ride from the lively attractions of Old Town, the beautiful Atlantic beaches, and a variety of dining and shopping options, while still enjoying the peaceful residential atmosphere of Midtown. THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

The open concept living area on the first floor is bright and airy, decorated with a relaxed coastal aesthetic. The comfortable living room invites relaxation on the plush sectional sofa that sits in front of a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. The interior dining table seats six comfortably, and a convenient half-bath on this level adds to the practicality.

THE BACKYARD & POOL…

The true highlight of 73 PALMS is its expansive outdoor living space. Step outside to discover a sprawling private oasis centered around the large, inviting swimming pool. Imagine spending your days soaking up the sun in the chaise loungers or taking refreshing dips to cool off after a day of exploring the island. Surrounding the pool, the many palm trees provide both shade and a picturesque backdrop, enhancing the sense of a secluded, tropical haven. Enjoy a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and smoker and the outdoor dining set.

THE LOCATION…

73 PALMS is located on Von Phister Street, in a quiet residential area of Midtown, less than a half mile from Higgs Beach, where you can lay on the beach, dine at Salute! or jog with your dog to the Dog Park. Plenty of parking is available for any number of vehicles, mopeds, and bicycles. Best of all, you’re just a few blocks from Old Town and all its attractions.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS…

** Master Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Second Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, direct access to the front balcony, and access to the shared bathroom in the hall with a shower and tub combo.

** Third Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, direct access to the front balcony, and access to the shared bathroom in the hall with a shower and tub combo.
