Admiral's Paradise in Truman Annex, Key West

Newly renovated town home located on a charming lane in the Truman Annex. The generous open floor plan features 10 foot ceilings both on the first and second levels with hardwood floors and crown molding. Enjoy the theater style kitchen with new quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances with a gas cook top. The large living and dining area feature custom built-ins and ample storage. The beautiful rear tiled patio enjoys plenty of room for outdoor living and entertaining and includes an additional storage space. The second floor has two generous sized bedrooms with private baths. One assigned covered parking space. With access to a refreshing community pool right out side your front door.

AMAZING LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Absolutely loved staying at Admirals Ln in the Truman Annex. Perfect location. Within walking distance to everything. Pool right outside the front door. Property was beautiful and comfortable. Great for a family. Would definitely stay again!

The interior was professionally decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. A great location. The back patio could use some maintenance and updated furniture. Overall, brautiful place. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Home! Perfect Location!

Spacious home, decorated beautifully! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Pool is just steps away from the front door. Very nice patio next to living room with floor ceiling windows/doors. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Great location and very comfortable stay

The property was exactly as advertised, spacious and comfortable, and as many have noted was very clean. Everything worked, the furnishings were well decorated and the beds were very comfortable! Easy walk to Duval, Mallory Square, anywhere you would want to go, great location!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Truman Annex condo! The condo was very comfortable, immaculate and decorated beautifully with all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to have the private patio area to hang out in evenings. We loved the close proximity to Duvall, Mallory Square & the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home

The condo was great. Very spacious, clean and welcoming. No issues picking up keys after hours. Parking directly out front and next to pool, but not noisy. Only complaint was when the downstairs toilet broke after hours no one ever got back to us. We finally went to the store to get tools to fix it ourself. Other than that everything was great and would definitely stay here again.

Pretty much perfect

Where to start? The property is exactly as described and photographed. A very attractive place to spend some vacation time. One of the cleanest properties I have ever rented. Be aware that only the bare essentials are provided (a starter supply of T.P., paper towels, detergent,...). There are no spices, oil, vinegar,... I suppose this is a result of Covid and all things considered not a bad precaution. This has been true of other recent rentals, so not unique. Just plan accordingly. Fausto's is an excellent market 4 blocks away that has everything you might need. The house is missing nothing for a self-catered vacation. The location in Truman's Annex was great. The Annex area is very well maintained, close to Mallory Square, Duval Street and the the free bus. Look at Google maps to see how convenient it is. There was a previous comment about the parking spot being difficult. If there are other cars next to you "difficult" would be an understatement, but if you are driving down the covered parking is a great bonus. The location is so good we didn't move our car the entire stay so don't sweat the parking. Lastly there is Compass Realty, the management company. Excellent and complete communications. Among the best I have experienced. They got me everything I needed to know well ahead of time and responded to the few questions I did have. I have no reservations recommending this property. Loved our stay there.

Big light and airy place in fantastic location

The house is located close to Mallory Square, Duval and within walking distance of Ft Zachery beach. The share pool was wel maintained. parking is right in front of the door (except the whole week we were there they re-paved the whole driveway, but it was managable). Key pick up was easy. Checkout was easy. Washer and Dryer with detergent and well equipped kitchen. Altogether we loved the place and would have gladly stayed a few more weeks!

Total relaxation

Property was very clean, open and inviting. Perfect for our family of 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Kitchen and great room/dining area was very spacious. Also served as home base with other family who stayed nearby. Outdoor patio comfortable and beautifully landscaped with daily visits from lizards and chickens. Beautiful property and smartly decorated. Didn’t get to use the pool as neighbors/other guests were constantly using and limit was 7 at a time in pool area.

disappointed

Property was in great neighborhood but backed up to post office parking lot which was very noisy in the mornings. We had to park our car down the street because we were informed on Monday that the driveway to the unit and our parking spot was being repaved. Lots of noise and dust which all took place right outside of the pool fence and the unit.
