Boasting stunning sunset vistas second only to Mallory Square and a convenient location for cruising to Key West attractions, this four-bedroom home offers a private slice of paradise on Stock Island. This prime bayfront property showcases bespoke features, including a 40-foot dock, sun deck, and custom-built tiki lounge with a built-in TV and outdoor kitchen.

Protected by a security wall along one side, the private covered porch features a swing and furniture for breezy outdoor living. Two kayaks and two paddle boards are provided for exploring the island by water, and a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing off sand and saltwater. Or, bring your own boat and dock it right at your vacation home!

The bright interior is well-appointed with stylish coastal design and updated amenities equipped for modern comfort. Plan meals easily in the stainless steel full kitchen, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. A separate dry bar has a beverage fridge, a Keurig, and a traditional drip coffee maker for flexible morning brew options. Gather for memorable meals at the dining table.

A dedicated home study offers a private space for remote work or a quiet writer's studio. It also features a Murphy bed, providing an additional sleeping option. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Mounted air-conditioners throughout the house, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer combo round out the everyday essentials.

While your focus may be on Key West, don't let the pleasures of Stock Island pass you by! The nearby Perry Hotel offers free public amenities, including the use of an on-site pool and access to a restaurant with daily live entertainment. The island is home to a ton of other great local dining options, and sight-seeing opportunities include the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • #TroveOn A couple miles north of Key West, on the right is Boca Chica Rd, follow that road as far as you can and you'll get to the beach at Geiger Key. The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Great location!

We had a great time. House was close to everything. From boat location to down town Duval street. We used the boat dock every day. City boat dock really close to put boat in. The house had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Great sunset views ! Great seating outside and hanging on out. We we definitely be returning.
