Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia o un gruppo di amici in cerca di relax a Key West con tutti i comfort di casa. Full size completamente attrezzato mangiare in cucina, lavatrice / asciugatrice. Ampio balcone privato con vista sul rigoglioso cortile tropicale e sui giardini botanici.

Ampia sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente 6, letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile nel soggiorno. 2 bagni full size.

1800 Atlantic ha la migliore piscina dell'isola e una vasca idromassaggio per 20 persone. 3 campi da tennis illuminati, uno dei quali è in terra battuta. Parcheggio custodito assegnato.

Misrepresented

First things first, beach side is a water line with sand not rocks. Picture on the review and listing even isn't part of the property. It is Smather's beach which is located 3 mins away in a car. The property was clean and organized. The review I am writing may seem tilted toward not having a beachside view or access but the pictures and description lead one to believe that it is.

Mattress topper please!!!

Nice, lots of cabinetry. Plenty of cookware Quiet, besides the ground floor downfall of heavy feet and doors above. Nice view of the garden. The floors were very dirty. One trip across and feet were blackened. Biggest downfall, the king mattress! Never slept onAnything worse. An old, flat topper lay atop the mattress that must have come with the condo from the beginning. Plenty of squeaky springs, no cushion at all. Along with the pancake pillows. Would be nice if they were updated/replaced. Any anything qorse.

Nice, Quiet Location

We loved this location because it was away from the Key West night life but still close enough for a quick car ride or decent walk. The condo was very roomy and had most amenities needed for your stay.

Get away from Indiana snow

We took a 4 day get away from Indiana, that was booked only about a week before.I have stayed in many . This one was not up to the Value of other places.The building is in need of updating, and they are in process, but inside, while the kitchen and baths have been. Updated( the most expensive part) nothing as far as decorating looks updated in 30 years.I have been in high rise units with 3 bedrooms with balcony &. water views and paid less, and the decor was current within the last 5-8 years.There was also a lot of tiny white ants all over the kitchen, and we had to keep any food in the fridge to protect it.My mistake was booking late and getting what was left, as an option, I guess.The pool WAS very nice and warm and the hot tub was also nice The chaise area in the sand was a good alternative to going to the beach down the street..

This property was the perfect choice for our needs as we traveled on vacation with four kids and two adults. The property managers were well organized, and thorough. Communication was very good and the common area staff were polite and accommodating. The common area facilities were plenty and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and appreciated having off street parking in an enclosed garage for our rental. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. We would definitely book this condo again.

Good Overall

The stay was pleasant for the most part. Check in was a little confusing as we didn't know to use the garages, but once that was explained by security it was no problem. This property is not a resort, but rather a bunch of residences. We had security called on us the first night because we were on the balcony talking at around 11:30. That was a bit surprising.

Great location and amenities. Not traveling to the Keys to be inside but at the end of the day it was a great place to return to. Pool and Hot Tub are very nice. Would definitely go back!

Great Location for My Group

Location was quiet as it is away from Duvall street. We had a few guests who have health conditions and getting rest is important. We rented bikes and enjoyed our multiple bike rides to Duvall street. The garage space was a plus to store the bikes safely. The only downsides were the early check out and the ice maker didn't make ice very quickly.

Huge condo in a nice, quiet spot

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. There were only two of us in town for work, but the condo could easily accommodate a larger group. Very nice living area and huge balcony/patio. Access to a garage is a plus if you have a car, but it’s also a nice bike ride over to Duvall, etc. Would stay again!

Great time in Key West

This was a great condo, highly recommend it for a family. The kitchen is well stocked enabling us to eat majority of home cooked meals enabling us to enjoy special dinning out experiences on our schedule. The garden area is lovely, the pool was large with a hot tub. We found it easy to Uber or walk into town to enjoy KW, then escape back to the quite area where the condo is located. The check in was a tad confusing, the box to call security to let you in the door did not work as expected, due to the security guard being away from the desk got a message you have dialed the wrong number. Upon calling the property Mgt company they were quick to remediate the situation. That was the only inconvenience, considering we had been in the car for 6+ hours my tolerance level was low, so that may explain my annoyance. We had an awesome time in KW I highly recommend this unit.

Great Getaway

Property was very nice with an awesome pool! Very nice rooms and large spacious living room and kitchen area. Large balcony. Only negative was the foul smelling seaweed lingering around the island. It may be seasonal but we certainly did not expect that.

Badly stained/broken furniture; kit, master suite updated, but the second bedroom/bathroom were bad.

Very dissatisfied with dirty/old/broken furniture and very poor condition of second bedroom/bath and both bedroom closets.

It worked out perfect for what we needed. They must of recently made updates to the unit. It definitely looked great with the new upgrades, however the furniture was all mis matched but worked out ok.
