The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Perfect location, clean, roomy and accommodating. We would definitely go back to that same location. There was a guest book there for 10 years so they have been doing something right. Enjoy

Beautiful View

The place had everything we needed. There was a wonderful balcony with lots of chairs and a view of the ocean and palm trees. The beds were comfortable. The master has an extra large shower. The pool was beautiful. There was a drip coffee maker combined with a Keurig. We used both. There were lots of glasses, wine glasses, towels, etc. There is a lot of stuff to do in the area and we wish we had stayed a few more days. We would definitely stay again.

Girls Trip

This is our 4th trip to Key West. Our second stay at the Anchor Drop. We love it. Spacious condo. Great pool, great condi. Away from Duval Street but close to everything. Our definite "go too"when we go to Key West. A bit pricey but worth it!

Nice facility, trouble checking in

Property was as advertised. Nice location in quiet area, the condo was spacious and well decorated. the grounds were very tropical and well maintained. A walking trail is alongside the complex. On the negative side, check in was a problem. The instructions routed us to the east wing instead of the west wing, and the unit number was never defined, so security was not able to help. Also, there was a water leak in one closet which got worse over time. the number for maintenance was called, but no one ever showed up. the water made the tile floor slippery and dangerous. ....I would go back to the same unit, but if its your first time the directions for entry need better definition.

Family friendly get away

Our stay was wonderful! A great way to spend time in a beautiful unit where everything has been thought of. Seriously! Stayed here with our older parents and soon to be college bound teen. It was far enough away from the Duval craziness but also close enough for us to be there when we wanted. We had cars and used Uber - It's not really walkable for site-seeing if that is what you are looking for, but in a wonderful community with so many amenities. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay again.

Beautifully decorated!

When driving up to the property, we were so disappointed as the complex itself looked abandoned. We even thought we were at the wrong location. After we navigated ourselves to the condo, we walked in and was pleasantly surprised! The condo was extremely clean and so beautiful! We had a great view of the ocean and enjoyed our stay immensely! The exterior is deceiving but the condo is by far worth staying at this location!!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

Fantastic! Five stars!

Property was perfect! Will definitely stay again. Sleeping arrangements were great, master bedroom so comfy and the master shower was awesome! We went as family of four but cpuld easily accommodate 6 people. Beach towels, beach/pool toys, games, book full of recommended places to visit, kitchen stocked with essentials. It was overall a great rental and updated so nicely.

Amazing stay!

Although the hurricane had just gone through Florida, the property management and residents worked together to clean it up. We had a great time. We were able to rent bikes just a mile away and never had to use a car. The property was clean and very well decorated. Plus...the beds are unbelievably comfortable. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was great to have assigned parking. The condo grounds were beautiful and well cared for. The only downfall was the pool and hot tub were open sunrise to sunset, wish they were open later than 5:40 during our stay.

Very nice Condo

Had a few issues with check in, but a call to the maintenance number got that rectified quickly. Condo & property is nice. Would be nice if the Sandy beach area out by the ocean was cleaned up a little (broken glass and other debris were noticed), and the note on the exit door to the pool alerted residents of that problem. Maybe that isn’t part of the condo property?? It’s the best place on the grounds to take sunset pictures. But all in all, we would stay here again! Had a great time. Under complex gated garage was nice and safe for parking. Condo was very well equipped. Pool is huge with plenty of room for all. Would be nice to be able to listen to music at the pool. Pipe in music around pool area would be a nice feature. Really convenient to the airport and Smathers Beach.

Seaweed smell

The beaches were disappointing because of the seaweed. We couldn’t enjoy the deck or pool because of the smell of decaying seaweed. I understand this isn’t the problem of the property owner that’s why I gave the unit a good review. The seaweed issue needs to be addressed.

Great Ocean View Condo

Our condo was fresh, updated, spacious, and very well appointed. The balcony was huge, overlooking tropically lush grounds, the pool, and ocean. We had no complaints with the accommodations.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated and updated condo. Well stocked with plenty of Lenin’s and towels. The unit is spacious and best of all in Key West- has a parking space in an underground garage. Short drive to downtown and we always found parking in lots or on street (5.00 per hour plus sometimes an added 3-5% fee). Ocean view. Huge balcony.
