    Located in the Truman Annex, a quick five minute walk to the beach at Fort Zachery Taylor park, this rental is perfect for exploring the history and culture of Old Key West. Take a walk over to the 'Little White House' where President Truman often resided, or the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum. Though there's plenty to eat and drink just a short walk away, why not take a ferry to Sunset Key for a little day trip? Make sure to stop by Mallory Square for the nightly Sunset Celebrations.

    Snag a spot poolside to work on your tan. Head inside to make a quick dish in the fully equipped kitchen before surfing the cable channels. Connect to the free WiFi to post some beach pictures on social media, then treat everyone to a night out at one of the restaurants along Duval Street. This home has recently been upgraded with new furniture, paint and decor. One private parking spot is available for your use, and a private washer/dryer has been added to the condo to make your stay feel just like home.

This condo is located at a very convenient spot. Its close to most everything you want to see and many restaurants. The pool is nice and parking was convenient too.

Great time and all as expected!

Have stayed in Truman Annex many times. Although some units are becoming a bit dated inside, this one is well kept and as advertised.

Best Location on the Island!

Loved this property! It's the perfect size for 3 to 4 people and well maintained. Having two bathrooms was awesome. It's also the perfect location to explore Old Town without ever being too far from home base. Nice to have access to a beautiful pool as well.

Excellent!

Shipyard Perch is the perfect location! We had a great week and enjoyed the convenience of being close enough to all activities and attractions but far enough to escape if we wanted! Condo was neat, clean and comfortable.

Great location - great place

Really enjoyed the location of this condo. Nicely situated in between the water and the activity of Key West. We walked or biked every where. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults.

Awesome place

The Shipyard Perch in the Truman Annex was awesome. Great rooms, bathrooms. Nice, clean, fresh, quiet, beautiful balcony, perfect location for exploring Key West. They even gave spare trash bags, toilet paper, and dish soap! Will definitely use this place next time!

The condo was clean as was the property. It's convenient to Duvall. It was a tad smaller than I was expecting but most properties are in Key West. We had a great week and I'd stay there again

This condo is absolutely fantastic! I'm very sensitive to mildew/musty environments, this condo is just wonderful!! It was clean, well kept and VACASA left us wanting for nothing!
