1800 Atlantic - monthly rental for January and February

The pool was ideal and well-maintained, and the location was near the ocean to allow for wonderful walks and views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay during the month of March. The condo was comfortable and in a good location away from the busy area of Key West. The grounds, pool & hot tub added to our stay. 1800 Atlantic felt safe and close enough to many amenities. We had only two minor issues that the staff addressed quickly.

Annual Key West getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really love the Preserve side of the complex as it is generally quieter. The complex is starting to show wear. Skylights have not been replaced since Irma and water pipe problems are an annual event. Nevertheless A208 is a lovely unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great apartment to stay in, with good amenities and a good face lift. Well furnished, although mattress in Master is starting to show it's age. Kurt was helpful when anything was needed. Great place for walkers and bikers and adjacent to Smather's Beach.

Quiet in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good and generally well-equipped, but had to buy a dish rack and toilet paper holder. No towel rack in 2nd bathroom and minimal one in master bath. Construction material propped up against wall in master bedroom unsightly. Very light and airy and quiet on preserve side of property. Mike came right away to fix a leak in the kitchen faucet and was very pleasant.

Beautifully decorated condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: W stayed in A208 for Feb and mar 2017. The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated with new tile and rain showers. There were plenty of pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen. The balcony overlooks a mangrove forest and and with the recent tree trimming has a view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the pool and spa. Special kudos to Kirk of the management team who got our internet straightened out and made all the screens work.

Gorgeous. It's Island contemporary cozy and quiet

I truly believe this is the best place to stay in Key West. 1800 Atlantic has the most stunning pool, grounds and is beach front! I cant stay anywhere else when i travel here.
