Heart of Downtown Key West Cottage With Off-Street Parking

A Historic Cigar-Makers Conch Home, privately owned by a native hospitable family in the heart of Downtown, a few minutes walk from Duval St. Accommodates 1-2 couples. Your car will be safe in this parking spot, nowhere near the street. The Cottage is set back from the sidewalk so you are not subjected to traffic noises.


Note two things:
1. The price listed is for 2 guests only. There is an additional charge of $75/night for an additional guest.

2. The cottage is set back from the street but nearby at Hank's there is live music...luckily
as of around 10.18.23 - their music is now set further back from us! The music ends at midnight.

Marcela was a very friendly, communicative, and accommodating host before, during and after our stay. The location of the property was perfect right in the heart of the Duval and Old Town areas. We were able to easily walk everywhere. The house was just as pictured online. If you are looking to prepare meals, there is the bare minimum of essentials, but we were able to make it work. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location very walkable to Duval Street and marina. Loved that the house was off the Main Street had parking and full kitchen. Front bedroom was quiet and had king bed.

Perfect Getaway

The king bed was so comfortable (didn't sleep in the queen bed). The AC was wonderful and necessary. Perfect location for walking to see all the sights. Comfortable couch. Shower could use more water pressure. Convenient parking spot. Nice little kitchen. Good size tv.

Great place to stay in heart of Old Town

The place is nice, but it's really all about location. We were able to use this as a base of operation to explore all of Old Town easily. It's really about .5 mile or less from most stuff you might want to do. The Hemingway house is just a short walk down the street away. Get tired or want to drop off something? Just pop back in, no trouble. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Key West!

Location, location

A great little cottage for staying in Key West. Incredibly close to everything you would want to do, my wife and I only moved our rental car once the entire week, making me wonder if Uber would have been a better choice. A couple minor criticisms would be that my wife wished they had a full length mirror, and I would have liked a more options in the kitchdn as it was tough to cook our own meals. Regardless, I'm not sure you could have a better experience staying in Key West if you are lloking for privacy and to do your own thing. If I ever come back to visit, staying at this cottage will be my first consideration for sure!

Perfect location!

Property is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in old town. One street off Duval and very close to Sunset Pier. The house is charming and was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and has every amenity that we needed. Host is very attentive to detail and was always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Perfect spot

This was the cutest cottage and AC was cranking. It was so hot when we went that the house was so refreshing to walk into. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Loved it!!

Key West getaway

It's when something goes unexpectedly wrong that you get the true measure of how responsive the property manager is. Noticed on the first day that the air conditioning was not operating correctly. Contacted property manager by text, got immediate reply and a service contractor was there in 20 minutes, problem fixed in 40 minutes. Effective, efficient and excellent response. Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect spot right in the middle of everything

This cottage is great. Its an old school cottage, so dont expect a new hotel room. The wood walls have miles on them, but everything its freshly painted and very clean. The furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms are good size and also perfect after a long day and night out. You can go across the street to Truman for a nice peaceful walk or go one block over for the music and fun. If you love Hanks and the Caroline area, you will not find a better location. We will definitely stay here when we come back.
