Goditi la comodità della camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo con doccia a cui è possibile accedere anche dal corridoio. La master king suite al piano superiore vanta alti soffitti a volta e dispone di un bagno interno completo con doccia. Apri le porte-finestre sul balcone con 2 posti a sedere mentre ti stupisci della lussureggiante e vibrante comunità al di là. Dall'altra parte della sala si trova la terza camera dotata di un letto king size, bagno privato con doccia e uno scrittoio per tracciare le avventure dell'isola. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto, spazio di archiviazione e TV a schermo piatto.

Riunisci lo spazio interno / esterno appollaiando le portefinestre dalla zona giorno per apprezzare appieno la vita dell'isola. Una piscina riscaldata con una cascata rilassante che scorre giù dalla spa jacuzzi sopraelevata sono circondati da foglie colorate tutt'intorno. Incredible home, location, layout. Just perfect for our family! Very comfortable beds and living area. Had all the amenities needed. The perfect location to walk everywhere. Would 100% stay here again.

No access to main Truman Annex pools, which would have been nice because the patio around the pool was shaded all day. The second floor bedroom entry door was slats so privacy was limited. The townhouse was very well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect layout for 3 couples.

House was very comfortable. It was so nice having bathrooms in every bedroom. Kitchen provided many amenities I.e. microwave, dishwasher, ice maker. Washer and dryer came in handy, making it so you didn’t need as many clothing. Close to Duval making it easier to get to establishments. Host responded quickly when contacted, providing feedback.

Property was very nice overall. Had trouble with allergies due to feather pillows on the couch cushions (?). Otherwise, nice. Although we were unable to use the pool several times due to nearby smell of marijuana.

Great location!

Great location as quiet and near Duval street and the action of Key West. It’s not a full house as it appears on site, it’s a duplex. The neighbors were smoking cigars a lot and we couldn’t be outside by the pool much. For the price I was expecting more. They didn’t have any way to make tea and there was limited kitchen supplies. They don’t leave any items from previous guest so when you food shop, you have to buy everything you need. When I contacted the management about the missing items I was told to use the microwave to make tea and to use a knife to peel potatoes!!! I wasn’t asking for any out of the ordinary items. It’s a great place if you’re interested in having an ice maker but forget about making hot tea. The rooms are small but nice. It’s a great location but you do not get a full house. And if you have more then one car, you have to pay for parking and move the car often.

Summer paradise

The place is beautiful, inside and out. I read out by the pool, it was the most relaxing vacation I think I’ve ever had. A lot of walking around Key West, I just love it!

Great place

Great location to Duval st. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. This place is very clean and spacious, the rooms are a great size also has a small personal pool and spa which is nice. I would definitely recommend this place and I would book again. Easy communication with check in and out. The building manager is around with any issues as well.

The apartment kept having issues with AC, temperatures were over 85 at times. Called a tech to come fix twice. Also found 3 cockroaches in the bedroom. No pleased with stay overall.

Loved it!

The townhouse had everything we needed and more. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy and plenty of space in living room and kitchen. Pool was great too! Can’t beat the location in Truman Annex. Already booked it again for next year!

Family vacation

We had a group of 5. Two Adults and 3 teens. The house was a perfect location. Three bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for everyone’s privacy. The house was so comfy and we loved the pool. We rented bikes and easily visited all the tourist sights, beaches and Duvall Street. The management team was wonderful and communicated in a very timely manner. We absolutely loved our week In Beautiful Key West. Also the service received at all the restaurants and bars was fantastic. Servers happy to serve and everyone was so pleasant and fun!

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and a great location to walk to nearly everything. There was also a parking space off the street with was great because we had a car. Improvements need to be made on the pool to make it look clean. I think it was but looked dirty. Also you couldn’t heat the hot tub unless you shut off the house AC. It blew the breaker if both ran. This was a disappointment to our group. We had to have the AC on so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but once. Overall it was a good experience.

Just Right

The location is amazing. You can split up and have a easy access place to meet back up or go and do a few things, take a break and get back to it. It easily sleeps three couples or a large family. The pool and spa are a welcome respite from the beaches. The first floor bed & bath are great for anyone who cannot do more than a couple of stairs.

Everything we could ask for

This place had everything we needed and more! The space was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and appliances were brand new. Plenty of toilet paper. Beds were cozy. Our only concern was the upstairs outdoor balcony - the railing/banister was very wobbly and we let management know in hopes it will be fixed for safety reasons, but that didn’t impact our stay. This place had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The best part was the pool/hot tub. We got a lot of use out of those, especially the kids. Some had mentioned the debris in the pool due to the foliage around it but that was to be expected and an easy fix just using the provided pool net until the pool guy came on Thursday (and he was super nice). We also had an iguana stop at the pool twice which was exciting to watch. The location was quite most of the time and perfect walking distance from all the fun of Key West. We walked to Mallory Square most mornings for coffee at Cuban Queen and it was a perfect stroll for starting the day. We easily walked to Faustos for groceries and CVS as needed. For evening activities, Duvall is only 2 blocks away - just keep in mind the community gate closest to the house locks at 6pm and you have to walk a little farther to the other gate and around to get back. Overall this was a stay to remember.

Great Family Base Camp!

This was our third trip to Key West (and third stay in the Truman Annex) and was by far the best property we've rented. The house was clean and welcoming on arrival and had everything we needed for four adults and two little kids for the week. We encountered a few minor issues with the pool and downstairs toilet, but the property manager was super responsive and had everything resolved quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again with my family - the house is great, the location can't be beat, and the pool + hot tub were a big hit for our whole group!

The house was great, very comfortable and cozy. Pool was disappointing, lots of debris (before the storm) and much smaller than appeared. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to numerous restaurants and bars. Fausto’s Grocery Store was great, we visited 3 times!, Hurricane Ian put wrench in our plans!!!
