Il rifugio della Città Vecchia a malapena a un isolato dalla famosa Duval Street con la vista della Key West Light House! Situato nel quartiere storico, ma costruito nel 2000 e completamente rinnovato nel 2017. A pochi passi da molte delle attrazioni della città vecchia di Key West. La casa principale è a due piani con 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno, cucina e un soggiorno e dispone di 2 TV HD a schermo piatto con cavo premium. Internet veloce e affidabile è incluso anche per quelli di voi che hanno bisogno di lavorare durante il loro soggiorno in paradiso. La camera da letto al piano superiore ha soffitti alti e doppie porte che conducono al vostro balcone privato con vista sulla piscina, sul cortile e sul cottage sottostanti. Cucina / Soggiorno hanno doppie porte che si aprono sul cortile e sulla piscina e anche una singola porta sul patio coperto, zona pranzo all'aperto e cottage. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno con un materasso in memory foam. Il cottage offre un'altra camera da letto con un mobile bar, un altro bagno e soffitti alti. Il cottage dispone di nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice Samsung full size e ha anche il suo nuovissimo a / c centrale. Questa casa ha anche una nuova cucina top di gamma con armadi in legno, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di dimensioni standard, banconi in marmo e un sacco di spazio. Entrambi i bagni sono aggiornati con intarsi in vetro, piastrelle in porcellana e nuovi mobili. Il vialetto di mattoni (parcheggio fuori strada) offre molto spazio per il parcheggio della tua auto, golf cart e kayak. C'è anche un posto aggiuntivo di fronte alla casa. Vieni a vedere i tocchi costieri di design in tutto. Posizione, ampio cortile recintato, parcheggio fuori strada, casetta indipendente per i vostri ospiti, piscina privata, questa è la vita dell'isola al suo meglio! Tutte le finestre e le porte hanno un impatto (la casa è molto silenziosa).

The property had everything we needed, two nice rooms, two bathrooms, pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The property is well situated in Old Town and everything is within biking and walking distance. Todd was a great host and I would stay here again.

My wife and I visit Key West 2 – 3 times per year but have never stayed for more than a week at a time. While planning our recent trip, we decided we were going to stay for a month since our jobs afford us the opportunity to work remotely. When we were looking for a place to stay, we weren’t looking for a large place, but knew we needed someplace that provided enough room to allow each of us to work comfortably in a separate area. This house provided just that. We knew from looking at the pictures and reading past reviews that this house would give us what we needed. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. And you are getting a really great place! The house was very clean and comfortable and provided all the amenities of home. Our adult kids came for a few days to spend some time with us, and the separate cottage was perfect for them to have their own space. The courtyard and plunge pool were perfect for us to hang out, relax and enjoy each other’s company. When not working or out and about, we spent most of our days in the courtyard. The home is located within prefect walking distance of most Key West activities and attractions. Finally, I want to mention how great of a host Todd is. Communication with Todd was great as he routinely checked in to see how things were going with our stay. We truly appreciated how responsive and friendly Todd was. We highly recommend this place! Thank you, Todd! We’re hoping to go back next year and do it all over again!

The house was every bit as perfect as the pictures. Todd is a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. All necessities needed for our stay were available for our use and so much more than we expected. We loved the courtyard, plunge pool and separate quarters for guests. The location was close enough to all the activity, but not in the middle of it. We enjoyed Ft. Zachary beach, bike riding and easy walks to restaurants and bars. Thank you Todd! We had a wonderful stay!!

Todd was very communicative- the house was well stocked with vacation essentials like beach cruisers, towels, sundries, even welcome bottles so we could settle right in. The house has the perfect set-up for two friends or, in our case, siblings- basically two vacation spaces with a shared kitchen and outdoor area, but completely separate and private bedrooms. We had a great Key West vacation!

This home was modern, stylish, impeccably clean and comfortable. The patio area with the small but surprisingly enjoyable “cocktail” pool was a nice bonus. Location was as good as it gets. Communication with host was the best I’ve ever experienced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The houses location was perfect and came equipped with everything you’d need. Todd was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host! I only wish we could have stayed longer! I definitely recommend staying at this house and having the second bedroom in the pool house was perfect for guests privacy.

My partner and I spent a month in Key West remotely working during COVID and Todd's place provided the perfect winter escape. The house is just a few steps from upper Duvall. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, but you're still super close to downtown. The house had everything we need, and having the guesthouse in the back worked great as an office and place for my partner's parents to stay for a few days. We also took full advantage of the dipping pool. We would definitely stay at Todd's again!

My partner and I loved our stay at Todd's place in Key West. The photos don't do it justice! It had everything you could want for a month-long stay (kitchen/cooking tools, beach towels/chairs/blankets, bikes, etc.). The location is perfect - within walking distance of everything in Key West. Even though we ventured out to beaches and restaurants, we could have stayed in at the house for the whole time and still enjoyed it just as much. My partner and I both worked remotely while staying at Todd's house. The guest house was perfect for one of us to work out of while the other worked in the living room in the main house. Todd was a great host and checked in on us a few times and answered any questions we had right away! Thanks Todd, we can't wait to come back and stay at the house again.

This was a phenomenal place to live and work remotely for a month. The courtyard provided a peaceful and secluded place to work in the sun with lots of privacy. The dip pool was adorable. We also really enjoyed soaking up the sun in the hammock in the backyard. The entire house was spotless and very comfortable. The separate pool house was perfect for my parents. We all felt like we had our own space. Todd is a fantastic host. He was very communicative and updated us on local covid measures as well as potential inclement weather. He even left a very kind note and welcome gift. This house surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend booking with Todd.

Located on a quiet residential side street but within short walking distance to popular attractions: 1 block from Duval Street, 2 blocks from Key West Lighthouse & Ernest Hemingway Museum, 5 blocks from the Southernmost Point in USA. The home itself is spotlessly clean and modern with a fun "beachy" aesthetic inside. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials (utensils, plateware, pots/plans) and extras (Keurig machine, toaster, blender). Kitchen appliances are new and there is a full size washer and dryer in the poolhouse/guest cottage. Cottage also equipped with sleeper sofa, its own air conditioning, and full bathroom. The pool and hammock in the back yard/patio are great fun and the off-street parking space in front of the home is very convenient. Fast wifi and satellite TV are nice diversions when the weather is uncooperative. Todd was very easy to work with and communicated quickly and clearly. The instructions for accessing the home (keyless entry) were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you, Todd!

This property is a little gem. Everything is neat and new. It really is like a dream to live in. The pool, the patio, the guest / pool house, even the beautiful brick driveway... all wonderful. The bed in the main house is very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The house has convenient keyless locks. The location is perfect. The owner Todd couldn’t be nicer or more attentive. You just have a great feeling when you stay here. I hope to stay again.

We loved this home! The decor is very well done. Everything was new, clean and beautiful. It is well equipped with everything you need. Absolutely GREAT property for a family vacation! This property is extremely close to beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, and a block from the legendary Duval Street in Key West! Home is furnished extremely upscale and the dipping pool is perfect for relaxing. The owner was very accommodating and we will be back as soon as possible!!!!
