La camera di fianco all’entrata non dovrebbero proprio utilizzarla, è troppo rumoroso. Non c’è nessun cartello che indica di fare silenzio e c’è casino a tutte le ore. Noi abbiamo beccato anche una lite notturna tra due persone, risolta con l’intervento della polizia.

La struttura, nel complesso, è anche carina, ma la camera è stata da incubo : materassi troppo molli, condizionatore che faceva un rumore infernale (abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo), una delle 4 luci del soffitto non si spegneva ed è rimasta accesa tutta notte, insonorizzazione inesistente (la mattina, rumori fortissimi al transito di auto e camion, impossibile non svegliarsi). D'accordo che l'hotel è un tre stelle, ma con una camera del genere, il prezzo pagato (circa 150$) è eccessivo. I benefici VIP (bottiglia di vino all'arrivo) ho dovuto richiederli a voce

Ottimo Hotel alle Key
Struttura a Patio tipica della zona. Giardino con piscine disponibili h24. Acqua disponibile h24. Colazione non abbondante. Pulizia buona. Struttura moderna e confortevole. Per parcheggiare dovete arrangiarvi a cercare per strada i posti dove non c'è scritto resident only.

There needs to be an understanding that chairs in front of a room that is not theirs are not common areas for people to be loud and hang out until late at night. There was a lack of window coverage for our bathroom where these people would sit and drink all afternoon and night and we felt uncomfortable showering etc. The pools are amazing so overall it was really nice!

We picked the property because it met our primary needs: affordable, two beds, and a hot tub.... This property delivered. The front staff was welcoming....the housekeeping staff was less than ...like there was literally none...but we are fairly neat and tidy and it was no bother. Will definitely return. We rented a private room with a bunk. There is a power outlet and light at each bed. The Starbucks coffee is a nice touch and the drink prices were much cheaper than anything on Duval. We did pregame at the hotel bar a time or two.

The only downside is you can hear all the noise like where the other rooms open and close and when people are walking. However, love the fact that we were able to use the pool until at late night hrs. Everything is accessible. They need to renovate the shower head.

Cancelation policy cost me a lot of money. Canceling a month in advance will cost you 5 months out of the year. With the 30 day cancellation policy will cost you. Not flexible at all for 1 day miss. Disappointed in hotel and Expedia. Disappointed enough to not want to go to hotel or keywest again. Switching me and company use from Expedia to other booking app.

It’s a nice place right in key west. We enjoyed the pool area and rented bikes for a day. Duval St and other sights are walkable. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. It’s more like a hostel, but very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything.

Enjoyed our stay! We had a convenient room near the main door, however we heard music playing early because we were also by the pool/breakfast area. I will stay again, just might request further back on the property. If you are sensitive to music while sleeping (past 8 a.m.) like me, hope this helps for a perfect stay!
