MAIN HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS Bedrooms: The main house boasts a spacious master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, and an opulent ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub with a built-in steamer, customizable shower heads, mood lighting, and integrated music for a spa-like experience. The two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, one of which includes an adjustable mattress that inclines and declines to suit personal comfort. The other queen bedroom has an ensuite for added privacy. Living Areas: The open-plan design enhances the flow between spaces, featuring two distinct living rooms. The larger living room includes a comfortable couch with built-in recliners, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second living room offers a cozy pull-out couch, ideal for extra guests. Each living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and every bedroom also features its own TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax. This is a private home so all parts of the home, yard and pool area are accessible. When booked through Airbnb we use Airbnb messaging app as well as text messages when booked though google to interact with our guests. We typically send your contactless entry instructions on the day of check-in. Depending on when you book, prior messages and texts will outline these and additional instructions clearly. For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.

Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.

The house manager was amazing! Great communication, easy instructions and lovely arrival basket. We loved our month in the keys. The house is about 1 mile from the duval street action. We rented a golf cart and had no issues getting around. The back yard is so peaceful with the large pool, waterfall feature & tropical foliage. The primary bath/shower was intimidating however we are both tall and athletic so climbing in and out was not an issue for us. The steam & rain shower made was a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!
