“Stayed in the suite - 1 king and sofa bed, which is excellent setup for a family with kids and much more roomy than avg hotel room. The downside was sofa could not pull out to make a bed and front office was one person running other errands and upon return explaining there is no one that can help with that until morning. Our check in took 30+ mins to get the one person to come to front desk and figure out how to find our reservation. Hope the hotel gets staffed better when in full season....

“Great place and surprisingly bigger inside than what the pictures showed. Check in was also very easy. The gas fireplace was a very welcome touch and kept us warm. Responsive staff and amenities like a little grocery store for sundries was fantastic.”

“Better toiletries. The toilet paper and tissue paper were terrible. The lotion was watered down and the soap was very cheap. The couch and chair had stains all over them. The faucets were plumbed wrong. You had to turn the tub and kitchen sink to cold in order to get hot water. Definitely pay for convenient location with this rental as the rest was sub par. ”

“We did run low on hot water especially peak time when people were getting up and getting home from skiing. The elevator was not working which was an inconvenience. ”
