KEYSTONE COLORADO - RIVER RUN - NOLEGGIO VACANZE

Questa struttura si trova a 100 metri dalla base della funivia e lo sci. Si affaccia sul villaggio con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne.

Cucina: banconi in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, pietra e legno, ristrutturazione completa, due caminetti, soffitti in legno, letti king size e camera a castello, mobili in pelle, pavimenti in legno, zona pranzo aperta e ampia, ampio soggiorno con soffitti a volta. Schermi piatti. Finiture incredibili !!!! Una delle unità più belle di River Run!

La posizione di questa proprietà è perfetta, con vista sul River Run Village con vista sul monte Keystone, sulla gondola e sull'ascensore Mountain Express dal ponte. A soli 100 metri dalla base della gondola e lo sci. C'è anche una navetta che ferma a 50 metri dalla nostra porta per portarti ovunque nella Contea di Summit. Ci sono molte cose da fare a pochi passi da prendere un caffè a Starbucks o Inxtop e molti ottimi ristoranti come Zuma Roadhouse, Luigi's o Kickapoo Tavern. Al centro del River Run Village c'è una firepit per i bambini per fare smores (Inxtop vende un kit di smores incluso lo stick) o pattinare sull'enorme lago ghiacciato. Non dimenticare che Keystone offre lo sci notturno esclusivo e c'è anche una collina tubing per divertimento.

Il lodge ha due vasche idromassaggio, due salotti, tavoli da biliardo e l'accesso a una piscina con altre due vasche idromassaggio, ed è a pochi passi dalla pista di pattinaggio sul fiume Run. Il parcheggio è riscaldato e sotterraneo. La proprietà e la posizione sono perfette e senza pari nella Contea di Summit.

Questa struttura si compone come segue: due master suite con letti king size, bagno privato e TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". La terza camera da letto ha una regina sotto un letto a castello con un doppio rotelle. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto In definitiva la nostra proprietà può ospitare comodamente 10 persone.

A differenza della maggior parte delle proprietà di un programma di noleggio, la nostra proprietà è una casa. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto e DVD e impianto stereo con docking station per iPod. Rimaniamo nella nostra proprietà spesso e quindi è ben tenuto, ben arredato ed estremamente accogliente. Abbiamo creato una casa con tutti i lussi e poi alcuni: macchina per il caffè, ampie stoviglie William Sonoma, tutti gli utensili, mobili nuovi, vernice e moquette. Ti sentirai a casa e sarai felice.

The condo was well maintained. The facility could use some updates. The elevator to underground parking was out making it difficult to load & unload. Had to take stairs. An ok property for the price.

Buffalo Lodge was a ver accomodating stay. It was exactly how it is described in the property and pictures. My family had a great time staying there and with all the ammenities and closeness to the gondola, we got to make the most of our trip.

This was a great location for kids and adults. We kept our boots, skis, and helmets in our rental truck in the heated garage as the lockers wouldn't have held everything. Not a big deal as the garage is heated. Walking up the steps in ski boots or down after a long day of skiing was a challenge as the elevator didn't work. I was very thankful I had a few teenagers to help carry groceries and luggage up the stairs. Disappointed that this issue was not communicated.

The check-in process was horrendous! Jeff, the property manager was incredibly rude when confronted with our issues. Elevator was broken and had been since December (we were advised of this by an owner of one of the condos). We received no indication of the broken elevators in advance. We had to haul all our gear 3 levels of stairs (in over 9000 feet elevation sucks!!) Also, you are only allowed one parking pass, all other vehicles are $25 a night per vehicle. There's a lot of information to sift through when the information is being sent the day of or morning of so trying to navigate what the check in process is incredibly difficult, especially if you are taking a transfer as you must stop in Dillon to grab the key cards prior to accessing the condo. Lastly, there were multiple broken or falling a part pieces in the condo which simply added to our disappointing experience. The condo is in good location, but not worth the price!!

This place was perfect for our trip. It was walking distance to the gondola and situated in the middle of the River Run plaza. Two of the bedrooms had king beds which made it ideal for two couples. The third had a triple bunk bed and there was a giant sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen and great room looked out onto the front face slopes of the mountain. Could not have asked for a better view. When we come back, we will try to book this unit again.

Condo is OK, but dimly lit, in need of an update and it takes fifteen minutes for the water to get hot. Close to River Run so noisy till about eleven PM.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the village, the mountain views from the living room windows, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a great space for a family or two. We also appreciated the ski locker on main level. What we would like to see improved is the cleaniless of the living room - drips on the coach, some of the blinds didn't work, missing lightbulbs, and there weren't any dish towels in kitchen or wash cloths in the bathroom. All of this was manageable, but the biggest issue we had was that it smelled really bad in the unit. We were only there a couple of days so we managed. I reported this via email to the managers with no response. I would stay here again if this were rectified though. Kitchen is well stocked with so many spices and things - which is great! And it was very easy to check in and out.

This unit was the perfect layout for us, grandparents, parents & 3 kids. With 2 master suites & a full bath outside the 3 bed bunk room, everyone had lots of private space. There was adequate seating for eating & lounging - nice decks if our weather had been warmer..... The location is convenient for both skiing & skating along with shopping & restaurants. You may want to be aware, if you go to bed early, that you will hear some noise from the bars & fire pit but on our weekend it ended around 11:00. The only reason I gave the unit a 4 instead of 5 had to do with the cleaning. While the unit looked quite clean upon entry, we later realized the kitchen sink needed a good cleaning, the toilets had rings at the water line & the vacuuming got the traffic areas but not the corners or under things. I spoke to the management company prior to our departure & they seemed very receptive to my suggestion of better checking on the deep clean needs. I found the location for key pick up very convenient as parking was readily available unlike some locations closer to units. The management company answered our calls right away when our key code didn’t work & we needed more dishwasher soap. We would return to this unit!

You’re close to everything so never have to walk far for food, drinks, groceries, or gondola. Restaurants can get noisy in early evening so if you have kids, bedtime can be tough. Everything quiets down around 9 or 10 so not a huge issue. It is a wonderful clean condo. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough space.

Condo in very good condition. Kitchen utensils, bath accoutrements in place and sufficient. Minor problem with fireplace. Response for help with it was timely. Turns out the pilot light was out. Easy to relight. Easy access to building and short easy walk to Gondola lift. The Keystone Village has all the amenities one could want. Overall experience was memorable.

The condo was immaculate. The property manager was accommodating and thorough. The hot tubs were awesome. We didn't have time to play billiards, as we were having too much fun with the cousins at the house. It was so close to the slopes that we were able to have lunch at the condo and get back out on the mountain for a full afternoon of skiing! Thank you for sharing your home!

You can't beat the location of the Buffalo Lodge: Walked across the street to go ice skating, downstairs for fresh cookies at the Keystone activity center. Less than 5 min walk to the gondola and ski rental, restaurants, several pubs, and a grocery mart. Plenty of parking available in the garage the week we stayed (1 week before Christmas), and the Keystone shuttle stop was right in front of the building. The Rocky Mountain Resort manager was very responsive when we needed extra access keys and new keys to the ski locker, they were sitting in the room the next morning. The place we stayed had plenty of room for our family of 7 with a well appointed kitchen and enough room to let everyone spread out and relax and watch movies or play games on the one day when all the lifts were closed due to high winds. We hope to make Keystone an annual family tradition and know where we will be staying the next time!
