This 2BR/2BA luxury condo is located near Keystone's Lakeside Village and only a half mile from the Mountain House base area. The free Keystone shuttle stops nearby, and the recreation path outside the building connects Keystone to Dillon, Frisco, and beyond.



Clearwater Lofts features two shared outdoor hot tubs, mountain views, and heated underground parking.



Our 2BR/2BA unit is stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries:

• Primary bedroom (sleeps 2): King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, mountain views, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower

• Guest bedroom (sleeps 3): Queen bunk bed with Twin on top, Smart TV & next to a bathroom with tub/shower combination

• Living area (sleeps 2): Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, stacked stone fireplace, mountain views, and board games

• Bathrooms: Two fully stocked with supplies and hair dryers

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with essential cookware and stainless-steel appliances

• Dining: Table seats 6 comfortably, breakfast bar seats 3

• Balcony: Private balcony with outdoor seating and mountain views

• Shared amenities: Two outdoor hot tubs

• One assigned parking space is provided in the heated under building garage.

• One additional parking space is available in parking lot of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
