Con splendido arredamento e legno in tutto, si ha la sensazione di una casa di montagna. Vai di sopra all'entrata principale con un armadio e una panca per la tua comodità mentre vai e vai per tutto il giorno. Il soggiorno presenta un ampio camino con cornice in pietra e una TV a schermo piatto. Grandi finestre consentono la luce naturale e le porte francesi conducono al ponte privato. Sul ponte si è trattati in una vasca idromassaggio privata e viste panoramiche sulle montagne. C'è anche posti a sedere e una griglia privata.

La cucina completa è fornita di pentole e stoviglie per fare un pasto lontano da casa e presenta controsoffitti in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inox. La sala da pranzo ha sei posti e c'è un bar a secco nelle vicinanze. Il bagno principale dell'ospite del pavimento è appena fuori dalla zona giorno. Tutti i bagni sono forniti con asciugamani e una fornitura iniziale di articoli da toeletta. La sala lavanderia privata si trova anche al piano terra. È dotato di una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size. Per vostra comodità, viene fornito il sapone da bucato.

La spaziosa camera da letto principale è al piano superiore nel soppalco. Dispone di un letto king-size, di una TV a schermo piatto e di un'area salotto. I soffitti a volta offrono un'atmosfera aperta e una finestra aggiuntiva per la luce naturale. Il bagno privato è dotato di cabina doccia con rivestimento in piastrelle e vasca da bagno.

Al piano inferiore al piano inferiore ci sono due camere da letto per gli ospiti. La prima camera degli ospiti dispone di un letto queen-size e di una TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto può anche servire come den. Ha un letto a castello e una sezione con un divano letto queen-size. Altri lenzuola e coperte sono in un armadio. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto e un patio con accesso all'area verde. Il bagno per gli ospiti a questo livello ha un lavabo singolo lavandino e una combinazione doccia / vasca.

We really enjoyed staying at this location, easy with our family in tow. BEAUTIFUL property and comfortable home. Very easy to contact management company with any issues resolved immediately.

We loved the view of the mountain (ski resort) from the hot tub every night! Skiing is close by (less than a mile drive to rent skis at Christy's and go to River Run at Keystone.) Several grocery stores are close by if you need some basics. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We had enough pots and pans to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed having a garage to keep the car in. We would love to stay there again.

Can’t beat the price if you book ahead of time. Plenty of space for 6-8 people, 2 minute drive to the resort. Kitchen stocked with everything you need if you bring your own groceries and can’t beat the hot tub after a day on the slopes!

Great location and nice walk to River Run Village and fun at The Goat. Beautiful views from sun up to sun down. The hot tub, patio furniture and gas fire table make for an amazing outdoor hangout spot. The place seemed to be well cared for, and the general communication from management was excellent!

We understand things break but the number of items that needed to be addressed during our visit seems excessive & no accommodation for these inconveniences were offered. While service to address the items was mostly prompt-even loss of one day is significant during a 3-day rental. Prior to our arrival we were told the fireplace was out of order which was very disappointing. One of the MAIN reasons we chose this unit was the hot tub. The water was filthy & a bath towel was left in it. Obviously, it had not been checked prior to our arrival. We called & Carlos arrived within an hour to empty the hot tub, refill & treat the water. He did a great job. Unfortunately, the water takes a long time to warm up, so we were unable to use the hot tub 1 of our 3 nights. The code rec’d to the lock box for the key didn’t work. There was a humidifier that didn’t work – a new one was brought quickly. Wi-fi was intermittent making watching tv difficult. Tues night the dishwasher would not turn on. Wed morning, I called was told someone would come by that day. We left to ski. When we arrived back that evening it still did not work. I called & was told that maintenance was running behind & someone would be out “first thing in the morning”. They offered for someone to come over & wash the dishes. I declined because it seemed awkward to have a stranger doing dishes while I was cooking dinner. 10am Thurs morning no one had arrived. I called again. About an hour later someone came & was able to fix it. Fri morning, as suggested, we made sure dishes were in the dishwasher & it was running, the dirty towels were in the bathroom tubs & all trashcans emptied. At 10am we were loading the last suitcase in the car & the cleaning crew arrived. They had to back down the driveway so we could leave. At 10:15, I rec’d a call to remind me check out was at 10 & that the cleaning crew reported they could not get in the unit. I told her they were only delayed a couple of minutes. This call was very upsetting. We could have left the dishes on the table, towels wherever they lay & the trashcans full. We didn’t. Less than 10 min late leaving & I get a call complaining about the inconvenience to the cleaning crew. After everything that went wrong with the unit, it was hard to believe we were being called out for a few minute delay. The view is great, the unit is beautiful. But personally, I would not rent this unit again & have significant concerns about doing business w/SCMR.

The house is in a great location with easy access to Keystone resort and within walking distance to a couple local eating spots. The fireplace wasn’t working while we were there and you could not access the garage from outside which made parking in the garage much more difficult.

We loved this property! Very spacious with plenty of sleeping room. The hot tub on the deck was amazing!! The only negative thing I would say is the one ply toilet paper and Kleenex (really hard on the skin). I will bring my own next time. Other than that, we loved this place!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this property and loved it! It is conveniently located only minutes from the Keystone resort and ski slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub on 2 of our 5 nights. It had a very cozy feeling and had plenty of key amenities. We will definitely have this place on our mind when we visit Keystone again in the future!

We had a great short stay here. The property is set up well and is in a great location. Things were a bit dirty around the edges (under sofas, fans, etc) and we had an issue with the ice maker but the management company was helpful and nice. Enjoyed the view in the living room with all the windows. Overall a very comfortable stay. Kids loved the hot tub!

Awesome location, could see the slopes from the living room. The place was clean and comfortable. Could have used some sheets for the pull out couch. Plenty of dishes and flatware. Enough seating for 8 people. We were sad that the hot tub was broken, but the property manager did provide access to an alternate location.

• We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a 3 story building, where the ground floor and second floor had a bedroom and the middle floor was kitchen and living room. Loved the layout. • The check-in was so easy and the house was in very good conditions • Walkable to the bus stop to get to Keystone Ski resort • The hot tub was in such a nice location. It was enjoyed by adults as well as kids. Will definitely stay at this place again.

Let me start by saying that the home was lovely and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials, there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house, the views and the hot tub! We had some communication issues with the property management company. The guestbook sent ahead of time was much appreciated and thorough, but gave conflicting information regarding the garage code and lockbox code. I called the day before our arrival to try to clear up the conflicting information regarding the codes and was told the code and that it was the same for both. When we got to the house, the code was not working for the garage keypad. We were able to get the key out of the lockbox, but I then had to go to the 2nd floor door to enter the house to then go downstairs to open the garage. I texted the company and was given a different code to try. It did not work and I texted them this information, but no one followed up after that so we were never able to access the garage with the keypad. We were still able to get in and out from the second floor/deck, but it would have been much more convenient to go in and out the garage. We also had some issues regulating the temperature in the house. Finally, the refrigerator hummed the entire time we were there - sometimes very loudly and other times less loud, but always noticeable. We initially thought the noise was due to the construction being done behind the property, but it was actually the refrigerator. I also mentioned this to the company via text and got no response. These three things were minor inconveniences, but did cause some slight frustration.

This was a great getaway. If you are looking for a secluded (but not too secluded) then this is your place. The amenities were great. The beds were superior. No AC, no problemo. We were cold most of the time which allowed for cozy blankets after the Hot Tub. It really is much bigger than you can see in the pictures. While there are neighbors, everyone just kind of does there own thing. This place is the highest peek so we could see forever. Star gazing was awesome!
