Wild Irishman 1074, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, has nice amenities and a great location. The bus stops right outside and it's a quick easy ride of about 5 minutes to the Mountain House base area. With good quality throughout, large beds, and some special features that other condos don't have, this is a great home base for your visit to Keystone and Summit County. Please read on for more details.

The Property:
This 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo has a lot of great features. In the living room, hardwood floors and a large sectional sofa surround the wood burning fireplace and a large HDTV, making this a cozy place to relax. Here you'll find a selection of books, games, and vinyl for the record player. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and cherry wood cabinets. This kitchen is fully equipped, and then some, with all of the standard items plus some really nice additions, such as the air fryer, crockpots and spices. The fridge has filtered water and ice, saving you the cost of bottled water. In the bathrooms you'll find slate tile and stone countertops. Updated lighting in the bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room are another example of the quality upgrades found in this condo. You'll also have your own washer and dryer, right in the unit, something most other Wild Irishman condos don't have.

The bedrooms offer a lot of comfort, flexibility, and function. Bedroom 1 easily accommodates a plush king size bed. Enjoy mountain views or the large HDTV from bed or the window alcove. This room also includes a ceiling fan, direct access to the covered deck, and its own private bathroom. There is a door between the bedroom and the bathroom, and another door between the bathroom and the living room. So this bathroom can be private, just for those in the bedroom, or if you have a larger group, it can be shared without interrupting the privacy of the bedroom itself. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the other side of the condo, so there is a nice separation of space. Bedroom 2 is a good size. It has a Queen bed with bedside tables and still has room for a Peloton exercise bike, as well as a desk with a monitor. So if skiing isn't your thing, you can get some work done, experience the Peloton, or simply lay in bed and enjoy the large HDTV. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, but it's not your average bunk bed. This one has a Full (Double) bed on top, and a Queen size bed below. This bedding arrangement could work for one couple, two couples, one or two single adults, 4 kids, or some combination. This bedroom offers another dedicated workspace - a desk with two monitors, and another large wall mounted TV. So that's 1 king bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 Full (Double) bed. If that's not quite enough, there's also a Queen air mattress and a pack-n-play travel crib available.

Location:
Wild Irishman has an enviable location in West Keystone. It is one of the closest shuttle stops to the Mountain House base area, where you'll have quick access to the Peru Express lift, the ski and ride school, Camp Keystone, ticket windows, and a variety of dining options. The bus stop is also on the Summit Stage route, which allows you to access all of the best parts of Summit County right from your door. Ski at A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain, go snow tubing in Frisco, enjoy shopping and dining in Silverthorne and Dillon. Outdoor adventures await just outside your door. For hikers, the Keystone Gulch Trailhead is only 0.5 miles away. Take a short drive to Sapphire Point Overlook for amazing views of Dillon Reservoir, especially beautiful at sunset. Or ride the River Run Gondola up the mountain to explore the Dercum Summit Hiking Trail, just a few miles away. Families will love the close proximity to Keystone Science School, located just about a mile away. The camp offers both day and overnight options for kids ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Campers can enjoy unforgettable adventures like paddleboarding, backpacking, rock climbing, rafting, and so much more! Staying here, you'll be within walking distance of Keystone Lake and Ice Rink. There's something special about ice skating under the stars. Wild Irishman is also located right on the Snake River. Enjoy a walk, jog, or bike ride - this paved path winds throughout the base area. For golfers, Keystone's River Course and Ranch Golf Course are only a short drive from the condo. Mountain bikers will appreciate being just 3 miles from the thrilling Keystone Bike Park. That said, there's plenty right around the condo to enjoy. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, sweat out some toxins in the Sauna, grill out and picnic by the pool area, or gather the kids and roast some marshmallows for smores at the firepit. With its exceptional location, endless nearby activities, and something for everyone year-round, Wild Irishman is the perfect base for your mountain getaway.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have. Accessing this property is easy! There are just a few steps up, between the parking lot and the building itself. That's it. The condo is on the ground level of the building, and the entire condo is laid out on one level. Parking is limited to two vehicles and parking passes are provided. If you will have more than 2 vehicles, please note that overnight parking is available in numerous nearby locations. For example, for ski season 24/25, Keystone is allowing overnight parking at the nearby Mountain House base area, for $25/night.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices and security cameras may exist on the exterior of the property. Great Keystone Getaway

This property was everything described! It was nicely furnished and well equipped and held our group of 7 very comfortably. The shuttle pick up and shared pool and hot tub are very close by. Owners were responsive to any questions/needs. Would definitely stay here again!
