“The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. “Très belle découverte. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et tout semble encore flambant neuf, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le point fort pour moi reste le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable et aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement le bienvenu et ça fait toute la différence. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. “Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Cet hôtel est à fuir absolument. Les lieux sont sales, mal entretenus et très loin des photos affichées. L’hygiène laisse sérieusement à désirer, les chambres sont dans un état déplorable, avec une odeur insupportable et un confort inexistant. Le personnel est désagréable, peu professionnel et totalement indifférent aux remarques des clients. On a l’impression que tout est laissé à l’abandon.
