“No shower head just hose, tiles around the bathtub missing, towels dirty. Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. “The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through.
