    Questa casa è il luogo perfetto per qualsiasi tipo di ritiro. Da riunioni di famiglia o week-end una tranquilla ragazze per un paradiso per i golfisti. Situato in un tranquillo cul-de-sac, la posizione tranquilla offre la vicinanza al campo da golf Cougar Point e alle meravigliose e ampie spiagge naturali dell'isola di Kiawah!

    Il fascino di questo ritiro costiera inizia in ingresso a due piani della casa. Magistralmente finestre poste accolgono abbondante luce naturale attraverso i pavimenti in legno lucido del foyer grazioso e introducono l'estetica voluminoso trovato in tutta la residenza.

    Un open space pensieroso concepito unisce soggiorno e zona pranzo per una grande sala che è aperto alla cucina. Grandi finestre cornice splendida vista fairway e due set di porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono su un ampio ponte. Una veranda protetta ben progettato confina con la parte posteriore della casa, favorendo ispirato intrattenimento all'aperto a fianco del campo da golf.

    La casa ha un sacco di spazio per una famiglia a diffondersi in. Nice Property but sub-par wifi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property and excellent location. Very short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the was intermittent and did not work much of the time. And when it did work, it was very very slow. When I measured it, it was less than 4mb download which does not support much of anything. I left a message with ESPM but did not receive a call back. I did not follow up as we were enjoying our vacation and we just used our cellular hotspots to bridge the gap. I would recommend you use something other than what you have in the house. Our consensus was this would prevent us from renting this house in the future and look for another property. It's not a deal breaker, per se, but if you pay a lot of money for a house, you expect, in this day and age, to have sufficient wifi. That is my only complaint with the house. It is a great property and we would recommend it to others with the caveat about the wifi.

Love This House!!

Loved the den upstairs for the kids to hang out and watch movies. Kitchen was well stocked--we did not want for anything. Comfy furniture with the exception of the "queen" bed in the downstairs guest room (seemed like this was a double bed on a queen frame). Screened porch was our favorite place to hang out, had coffee every morning overlooking the golf course. Downstairs fridge was key for storing extra drinks & made loading the cooler for the beach very easy. The property manager was very conscientious and responded quickly to our call & was extremely friendly & efficient. Can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

Discovering Kiawah

Not knowing what to expect, we arrived to find our accommodations to be large, beautiful, well maintained, and in a location that suited our needs perfectly. The home bordered the 16th hole of a golf course (this alone proved to be very entertaining), and was next to a bike path leading directly to the beach. The plant life was absolutely spectacular, and the beach was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. The expanse was immense, and the sand well packed enough to both bike and run on. In arranging for our accommodations, we dealt directly with Hillary Harling and she was an absolute treat to work with. Not only is she very professional in the way she handled our reservations, questions, and added requests, but she is fun and has a great sense of humor. All of this made the process very enjoyable. I can say without any reservations that we will return to Kiawah Island again and again, and when we do, will make our arrangements through Hillary and ESPM Rentals. Thanks again for a memorable visit.

Relaxing week in Kiawah

The house set up well for the kids, they had their own TV room and area to hang out while the parents enjoyed the screened in porch and downstairs area. The kitchen was well stocked for grilling and cooking. Hillary Harling was a delight to work with and if we return to the island next year we will definitely be returning to this house. Thanks.

Great location and spacious house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, enough space for 2 families with teens. The upstairs bonus room was so great for the kids to have their own space to hang out. The deck looks over the 16th hole of the golf course and is lovely. There is a great bike/walking path steps away from the front of the house that goes down to the beach. We rented bikes and went all over. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Great place to stay on a beautiful island!

We were extremely nervous to travel and stay away in the midst of a pandemic, but the house allowed us to relax and not worry about a thing. The house was very clean, everything that we expected and very close to the beach (just a few minutes away walking). The rooms/layout were great for our family of five - and since we couldn't eat out, the screened porch was a perfect setting for delicious take out!

Does not have a hot tub

This home does not have a hot tub as the VRBO listing said it did. The property management team only responded on the first day saying there wasn’t anything they could do and have been unresponsive since. Huge disappointment in the false advertising and how the error was handled

A wonderful home on a beautiful island

We couldn't have chosen a better place to ring in 2020. Kiawah Island is a beautiful island that mixes the best of planning and nature. This home only added to our enjoyment as it is one of the most accurately VRBO-portrayed homes we have been in yet. There are a couple of minor "housekeeping" items that need to be addressed, but nothing that limited our enjoyment and relaxation.

We were happy the house next door was not under construction while we were there allowing us to enjoy the peace and quiet. Loved watching the golfers. We actually played Cougar Point one of the days. Short walk to the beach. Loved having 2 refrigerators. The ice maker in the kitchen was not working, but we were able to get ice from the downstairs freezer which was fine. Excellent new grill. Wonderful big porch and deck. Ideal home 2 families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our grown children and their children stayed in this beautiful house for our family vacation and it couldn't have been better. The close proximity to the beach (and for us, the Sandcastle) made it so much more fun when lugging all the beach gear. The house had everything we could possibly need - plenty of storage space in the kitchen, an abundance of kitchenware, etc. And the screen porch with its restful view of the golf course was perfect for the grandkids to gather and dine.

Kiawah family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was immaculately clean, and better than we expected. The floor plan was open, and filled with bright, natural light. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals for our family of 7, plus a few guests on two nights. My only suggestion is replace the gas grill. The LP tank was frozen shut, but the rental management company had delivered a new filled tank before our arrival, which we were able to switch out. The grill body and components were pretty well corroded, and the grill was too small for more than 5 meals. Everything else about the house was PERFECT!!! And the location, just a very short walk to the beach. Kiawah is simply magical, spending time with family at the beach, biking, walking, shopping at Freshfields. Dinner at Osprey Point’s Cherrywood BarBQue is always delicious and fun to watch the alligators from the deck above. My two teenage grandsons went for a bike ride after dinner one evening, and had a deer approach them, walked up to both of them and was licking their hands! I think it was enjoying the saltiness of their skin! I highly recommend this home for a family vacation. We will rent it again next year.
