Adorerai questo cottage !! Recentemente è stato presentato in Charleston Home & Design !!

Ristrutturazione completa e tutti i nuovi mobili! Ogni comfort è fornito dai proprietari. Cucina gourmet con isola. Master Bath Suite, 2 ° bagno completo rinnovo. Tutti i nuovi pavimenti, elettrodomestici, mobili, nuovo ponte anteriore / portico con caratteristiche, nuova grande doccia esterna.

Si trova proprio sul Night Heron Park con la piscina Night Heron, il complesso, il Kamp Kiawah, il Centro Natura, le attività settimanali del parco e i carnevali tutti a meno di 100 m di distanza. La spiaggia dista circa 300 m ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 3 minuti. Il parco è il fulcro di tutte le attività di Kiawah ed è a pochi passi!

Il cottage ha subito un importante rinnovamento che ha creato una grande area aperta per la vita. I pavimenti sono in legno massello con illuminazione ad incasso in tutto ..... dando al cottage una meravigliosa sensazione luminosa e ariosa. La cucina è stata ampliata e ha fornelli a gas, nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi armadi e ripiani in granito. La Master Bath Suite ha una cabina doccia con più soffioni, tutto il nuovo bagno con vanità "per adulti" e banconi in marmo. Il 2 ° bagno ha la doccia / vasca e anche tutti i nuovi rinnovati con vanità per adulti e piano in marmo.

Il cottage è dotato di un televisore LCD ad alta definizione ad alta definizione sopra il camino nella camera familiare, oltre a televisori LCD aggiuntivi in ogni camera. Il cottage dispone di accesso wireless a Internet in tutto.

Il portico posteriore è schermato con un tavolo per 4 persone più sedie a sedere aggiuntive per cenare e intrattenere portico posteriore.

Questa proprietà è gestita dal Kiawah Island Resort ma siamo in grado di fornirvi servizi come nostri ospiti. È nella categoria più alta di proprietà in affitto Kiawah Resort !!! Avrai i privilegi del check-in completo e tutti i servizi come ospite del resort, incluso l'accesso a tutte le piscine del resort (solo per gli ospiti del resort, incluso te!), sconti su golf e tennis, ecc.

Great family vacation house!

The property is exactly as pictured online and is great for a family vacation! Proximity to pools, market, and the beach were all advantages to this property. My only complaint, as other have mentioned, is it could have been cleaner upon arrival but you do have villa housekeeping on request. Definitely a great spot!

Perfect location

This villa has it all! Perfect location within steps to The Nest and pools! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. No need for bike rentals as they provide them here. These owners thought of everything and gave excellent recommendations to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised; beautiful

Our group of five adults had a great stay at this cottage. It was roomy, clean, and well stocked. It is finished with high-end flooring, countertops, bathroom fixtures, etc. We especially loved the screened-in porch. Having the four bikes at our disposal was a huge bonus.

Christmas break

The property was exactly as described - professionally decorated, kitchen well appointed & comfortable beds. The best location! You can walk to the village store (which has specialty ice cream & deli offerings) & one of the resort pools is nearby. Wedding Weekend on Kiawah

This cottage is very cozy and comfortable. Our son & DIL had to cancel last minute so our daughter, my husband and I had plenty of space with an extra bedroom. We cooked one night in the well-supplied kitchen. We enjoyed walking to the beach from the cottage. It is a beautiful setting. We would love to return!

Fabulous Kiawah Cottage

We could not have been more pleased with the cottage we rented at Kiawah. It was just as good as advertised and convenient to the pool, market area, and beach. We would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful home in great location!

We loved this property. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for us because it was a two minute walk to the night heron pools and a four minute walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach cart, chairs and beach toys as well as a full outdoor shower to keep sand inside to a minimum. The third bedroom was wonderful with the bunk beds. Very helpful with kids. Communication with the owner was A+. Before and during our stay he always communicated quickly with any questions we had. We are already booked to come back for another stay!

The location of the property could not have been better. 4 min. walk to pool and recreation area with restaurant and nature center. 5 min. walk to beach. The villa had been updated and redone inside and out side. Bikes and beach cart were included. We thoroughly enjoyed air stay. We will definitely return

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay here- location and amenities couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the easy walk to the pool, playground and beach along with comfortable beds and all the extras you needed as a family to enjoy your stay. The number of towel hooks was also a huge plus for beach towels and wet bathing suits! We will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay!

We loved so much about this property, it had everything we needed as a family of four. The location is perfect, furnishings are comfortable, spacious and updated, and the resort access is a major bonus. We appreciated the access to bikes and everything needed for the beach including a wagon- it made packing for the trip easier and less we needed to rent. We were surprised by the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms because that wasn’t in the listing photos yet but it looked to have been a new update- plus our kids were thrilled. Really appreciated all of the information the owner provided for planning purposes and check in was a breeze. Only minor negative was we felt the floors could have been cleaner on arrival but I wouldn’t let that deter you- book if it’s available!
