Una fila di palmette, avena marina e dune di sabbia rotolanti sono tutti separati questo cottage spazioso dall'Atlantico. All'interno di un breve viaggio in bicicletta da Night Heron Park, Oceanwoods è isolata e comoda. Questo cottage ha una vista boscosa da godere da un mazzo allargato con un grill a gas. La connessione Internet wireless è fornita per aiutarti a rimanere in contatto durante il soggiorno. Con sistemazioni per un massimo di 6 persone, ci sono due regine e due letti singoli. Un sentiero lastricato conduce dal parcheggio alle scale anteriori e anche alla doccia esterna all'aperto (solo acqua fredda). Il cottage ha un sistema di acqua calda Rinnai in modo da non rimanere senza acqua calda all'interno! C'è un parcheggio per un massimo di due auto. Il cottage è a soli 150 metri dall'accesso alla spiaggia. I cani sono i benvenuti con un piccolo supplemento.

If you can’t afford to be one the beach, this was about as good as it gets! The house set up was great. The location in the neighborhood and to the beach was wonderful. We went the first weekend of April and the beach was pretty much empty. The house had a good supply of cookware to make our own food (which we typically find lacking).

The property is spacious, clean and literally one minute walk to the beach. It is only a 9 minute walk to restaurants and other attractions. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location! Air conditioning was working well! Kids loved the bunk room! Hot water never ran out! TV AND WIFI - great! Washer & dryer a good size! Desperately needs a deep clean inside and outside. Mold growing on the roof. The deck and picnic table covered in outdoor debris - unusable - they both also need a good power wash. Outside deck chairs were rusted and unstable. The outside shower was filled with webs and spiders. Inside: not enough chairs at dining table DR floor needs refinishing, DR rug - filthy - toss it. Kitchen: broken blender, not enough silverware for more than one meal, found a very dirty dish in the cupboard upon arrival, microwave door glass is about to slide out - pacemaker anyone? Kitchen drawers dirty as well as cupboard shelves. Living room - acceptable - very dated and worn looking furniture. Guest bathtub does not drain. Guest bath - not a single hook to hang a single thing. Queen guest mattress needs replacing - sore backs. There are plenty of places for hooks to hang “things” nothin exists in the entire house. Bunk room acceptable. Master bath shower door won’t close. Thousands of uninvited guests AKA ants crawling the walls. We did not report because we did not want any toxins in the house. Master bath shower - someone is bound to slip and kill themselves on that tile floor. We tried to vacuum (found in a closet) - it did not pick up any sand or dirt. - surprise - broken! No we won’t rent here unless it’s completely updated - we spent time down the street to get out of the house. It’s such a great location - too bad 460 is so neglected.

Wonderful property with a very short walk to the beach!! The kitchen was well stocked, exactly as described. Could use some updating but also insignificant as we enjoyed the great outdoors and felt cozy at night in the large space. Huge back porch, a great community feel, absolutely perfect! We would 100% return!

Nice place! Great location, close to beach and Park. Only frustration was that there were very few supplies. Minimal dishwasher soap, toilet paper. No aluminum foil, plastic wrap, crockpot, cookie sheets, etc. Would be nice to have some beach toys, paper, crayons, playing cards, etc. But, if you know to bring things….not a big deal. We would definitely return!

We loved the island but were a little disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the house. The trash was overflowing in the outside bin when we got there and was only partially emptied while we were there The carpets need to be replaced

Nice house in a good neighborhood that’s also a quick walk to the beach. Nice bike trails and the house was pretty well stocked for us to either be in or at the beach. With Coronavirus we didn’t want to be out at restaurants etc and the kitchen had what we needed for meal prep.

We were familiar with the area having stayed in neighboring cottages in the past, but wanted to bring our pup along with us this year so this was the only pet friendly location we could find. The place itself is not bad, certainly not as updated as any of the other cottages in west beach, but the photos are accurate so we knew that going into it. What we didn’t know is how many bugs we were going to encounter inside the home during our stay. This really needs to be addressed on an on-going basis. I had to call the property manager on the day we got there (Saturday) and they had a pest person come out on Monday evening. While we understand that there are going to be bugs because of how natural Kiawah is, any decent ongoing pest treatment would keep a situation like what we encountered from happening. Overall a great location, but we were very underwhelmed and would not stay at this cottage again given the other local options that are cleaner and more updated.

This cottage was generally okay, but the place is tired. built in the 70's. The kitchen sub floor has obvious problems and will one day collapse if not attended to. We also had a mouse on the kitchen counter eating a muffin, and leaving droppings. I expected better.

This was a perfect spot for us. It is extremely close to beach access which made it easy to get our stuff to and from the beach by walking just a couple of minutes. The house is just three or four houses down the street immediately across from the beach access point so you really only have to cross the street to get to the beach. We also enjoyed the bike trails. The house itself was clean and comfortable and just right for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Checking in and out was easy. Thanks for a great stay!
