Kiawah Exclusives | 21 Surfsong

21 Surfsong is a single story 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom private vacation home in the Vanderhorst Plantation on Kiawah Island. This home offers 3,100 sq feet of classic interiors and an expansive private deck overlooking Canvasback Lagoon for sunning, entertaining or alfresco BBQ dining, only a short 2-minute stroll from the beach!

The bright and elegant living room has ample seating for friends and family. The home has a formal dining room and a sunroom equipped with TV and is open to the deck. The library/den has two sofas and a 47" flat screen TV. The large, open kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, an eat-in breakfast area and a TV for the chef in the family.

21 Surfsong comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The serene master bedroom has a king sized bed, reading area, TV, large walk-in closet, private bath and opens privately to the deck. The lagoon bedroom has a queen sized bed, adjacent bath and private entrance to the deck. Shaded by the grand live oak tree, the front guest bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath.

The Vanderhorst Plantation is a private paradise nestled between East Beach Village and Ocean Park on Kiawah Island with Kiawah Island houses to rent just minutes from the ocean. This tranquil plantation boasts maritime forests, marshlands and lagoons, beautiful stretches of beaches and an abundance of wildlife away from the crowds for a true barrier island getaway.

You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Kiawah Island’s championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Osprey Point Golf Course and Peter Dye’s Ocean Course, or a short drive away from Turtle Point or Cougar Point Golf Course. Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 31 and 32.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 4 cars.

Super clean, comfortable, gorgeous lagoon views and close to the beach!

My first impression upon walking through the front door was how incredibly clean and spacious the house was. Like 5-star resort quality clean. Spotless. We absolutely loved the layout. Gorgeous views from the sprawling back deck overlooking the lagoon. Super short walk to boardwalk #31. Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, excellent a/c, plenty of space for the family to spread out or sit together to watch tv. We loved every minute and were so thankful this property had last minute availability for our exact dates. Would absolutely love to stay at this property again. Thanks for another wonderful and memorable stay in our beloved Kiawah.
