The dining room offers seating for 8 and leads out to the screened porch. The living area offers comfortable furnishings and new large flat screen TV with floor to ceiling windows displaying gorgeous marsh views. There is a screened porch and furnished open deck with a gas grill for BBQs and alfresco dining overlooking the marsh.

This spacious family vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. A powder room is also located on the first level to accommodate guests. To the left of the living area is a large bedroom overlooking the marsh with a queen bed, flat screen TV, large windows, private bath his and her vanities, walk-in shower and soaking tub, and access to the open deck. There are two guest rooms to the right of the living room with queen beds, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The extra-large master suite occupies the entire 2nd level with a king bed, flat screen TV, comfortable couch and sitting area, built-in shelving with plenty of books and desk space for someone working on vacation. It offers a private balcony with views of the marsh, Ocean Course and peaks of the ocean just beyond. The private bath offers his and her vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower.
