Kiawah Exclusives | 4994 Turtle Point Villa

4994 Turtle Point is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor villa located on the 17th hole of Turtle Point Golf Course. This Kiawah Island villa rental boasts beautifully appointed interiors, tranquil golf and lagoon views from the open deck and easy access to miles of pristine beaches only a short, 5 minute walk from the villa!

The living room is updated with plenty of space to gather with friends and family, a flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining area to share meals and a sunny screened porch. The kitchen is well appointed and opens to the dining area with seating for 6 and extra seating at the bar counter. The living area opens to an outdoor deck overlooking the fairways.

This golf view villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. The twin guest room is located down the hall with another TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bath can also be accessed via the hall for guests. This villa is on the second floor and there is elevator access in the building for guest convenience.

Turtle Point Villas offer the ultimate in golf course living on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Turtle Point Golf Course in East Beach. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. East Beach offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Kiawah’s 10 miles of beautiful beaches and a central hub of activity for the whole family with a relaxed, social atmosphere.

You’re within walking or biking distance to Kiawah Island’s top activities, attractions and easy grocery shopping at the Town Center Market. Enjoy family-friendly activities and island celebrations at Night Heron Park, shopping and dining at The Sanctuary Hotel, award-winning tennis at the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and world-class golf at Turtle Point Golf Course. A day trip to historic Charleston is a must during your stay on Kiawah Island, only a 40-minute scenic drive away from your Kiawah Exclusives vacation rental.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 28 and 29.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars in the parking lot.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Convenient Location and Classic Kiawah View

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary during our weekend trip to Kiawah. The villa’s location was near The Sanctuary where we dined. Beach access was an easy walk between the villa and The Sanctuary. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and pond which included sightings of egrets and an alligator and an evening serenade by birds, frogs, and crickets.

Perfect Place, Perfect Stay

For one adult with two teenagers, this property was absolutely perfect: close to the beach, spacious, well-priced, tidy and cozy. We couldn’t have asked for anything simpler or more comfortable at our favorite beach spot: Kiawah.

Perfect Get away weekend

Kiawah is a great place to get away. Our unit was a two-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Right next door to The Sanctuary and a two-minute drive to the other restaurants and markets. The unit was perfect, beautifully decorated.

Enjoyable Long Weekend

We enjoyed our weekend! Location of property was ideal. Walking distance to beach and hiking trails. Biked around Kiawah too. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Perfect stopover

Stayed here 2 nights on our way to Florida. The condo is in a great location. Walk to the beach and the sanctuary. We rented bikes at the sanctuary and rode on the beach. It’s clean and has everything you need for a vacation. I would definitely stay here again.
