Moderna casa ristrutturata in quartiere tranquillo, triple master suite!

Bella casa, non precedentemente disponibile sul mercato del noleggio, in un quartiere tranquillo e appartato con un sacco di privacy e spazio, ottima vista palude anche! Questa casa è perfetta per una famiglia numerosa o due famiglie da condividere! Ha tre camere da letto con letti king e bagni privati ​​e la quarta camera ha due set di letti a castello per i bambini da condividere. Tutti e quattro i bagni sono belli e aggiornati con grandi vetrate a piedi nelle docce. Lo spazioso bagno padronale è ovviamente squisito con una grande vasca.

La cucina è il cuore della casa e questo è sicuramente vero per questa casa! La cucina è spaziosa con un sacco di spazio per riporre e riporre i pasti in famiglia. C'è anche una botta per posti a sedere e una zona bar separata con il proprio spazio di archiviazione e bancone. Sedili tavolo da pranzo 6 comodamente con spazio per altri 4 nella parte superiore del bar appena dietro.

Il soggiorno confortevole ha un sacco di posti a sedere e c'è un covo / area della camera familiare per i ragazzi e bambini da frequentare, sicuramente un sacco di spazio in casa per diffondere! La casa è perfetta per i giocatori di golf o per i giocatori di tennis, non troppo lontano da nessuno dei campi da golf e da tennis e un luogo ideale per un fine settimana per ragazze!

La casa è dotata di un ascensore per un facile accesso, una piccola area ufficio se hai bisogno di lavorare con te in vacanza e una grande lavanderia. Ha anche tre aree esterne separate per divertirsi! Un ampio portico per godersi il caffè del mattino e prepararsi per la giornata, un grande ponte per prendere il sole, e un patio pavimentato con molti posti a sedere e un grill a gas, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sull'isola e cenare !

Citadel Family Weekend

Kiawah Holiday Vacation

Outstanding holiday stay at our favorite area in the south (Kiawah Island). We have been visiting the island for over 25 years and it never lets us down. The house and property were beautiful, they had the best equipped kitchen we have ever had with a rental property. If I could give 6 stars I would. The only suggestion I could make would be to repair the outdoor grill. Great property.

Kiawah Half Marathon Weekend!

Excellent house for family or group of friends running the race! The Kiawah races are so organized, efficient & fun anyway - and this house is just a few steps from mile 5 of the course where you can cheer your racers on! The house has a great kitchen - the only half star I’m giving in this review is bc of a few unclean dishes in the kitchen (probably no fault of the owner, just negligent previous guests). Grill & patio were awesome for a post-race cookout; great sleeping accommodations & big bathrooms! Would definitely stay again - and hopefully longer than just the weekend, which we are grateful y'all accommodated us just the two nights we needed! Thank you😊❤️ Note: Front door is very challenging to open - but don’t give up on it.

The house is gorgeous well stocked with top of the line appliances. The beds and linens are also top of the line - the owners did not skimp on anything . The screened in porch was an absolute favorite. It’s an easy 10 minute bike ride to beach - and it’s a gorgeous one through the alley of oaks ! There is a marsh park with tower right across street as well . We loved our stay here would definitely book again !

Front door definitely needs fixing. Screen door needs replacing on porch. Drapes were awful in master bedroom. Needs replacing or at least fixed. Gives an impression of neglect. House is great for large families and very well equipped kitchen. An available pool would have been a very nice addition. Sorry but you asked. We all enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. Been there many times just not in that area. We had a great time tho.

The home has a TV in each room, which made it great for our family so there wasn't any fighting over the remote. We also had ample space for our kids to retreat to after dinner. The house is well appointed with modern appliances. The space is great for multiple families or just one large family. The house was clean when we arrived. Everything was as expected from the VRBO listing.

The house was beautifully appointed and furnished with many unique Asian decorative pieces. The bedrooms/baths were spacious and furnished with very comfortable beds and ample storage for clothing. The kitchen had high-end appliances and was equipped with every dish, glass, pot/pan, serving piece you could possibly need. Every inch of the house was immaculate. There is a comfortable family room on the second floor that can be closed off for privacy or remote work. We also loved sitting on the screened-in porch. Because of the fragile appearance of many of the decorative items, I would not want to stay in this house with children.The only downside of the house is that it is not walking distance to a beach (at least not one that we found). It is located very close to the bike path, though, so one could take a ten-minute bike ride to the beach.

Didn’t want to come home!

Two families stayed at this lovely, spacious home for a week. We all absolutely loved the home and Kiawah Island! The home itself was more than big enough for 9 people and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals during our stay and the kitchen was superb. Kiawah Island is a quiet community, just what we were looking for. We used VayK and rented bikes, a small trailer, and some beach boards. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and around the lovely island. We also used Island Beach Services to set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for us each day. What a treat!! The beach is about a 10-15 minutes bike ride or you could also drive and park about a 5 minute walk away from the beach. Boardwalk 40 is the closest to the house. Charleston is an easy drive from Kiawah Island and we loved visiting there a couple of days and really enjoyed the walking tours. There are so many great places to eat in Charleston…our favorite was Poogan’s Porch. There’s also a lot of great restaurants in and near Kiawah. The Salty Dog was a favorite. All in all, one of our all-time favorite vacations!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Lots of Space

Rented the property for 6 adults and 4 children (ages 6 to 12). Plenty of space; we never felt cramped. Very nicely furnished with well stocked kitchen. The outdoor seating was wet and coated in pollen (probably just needs to be covered when not in use), the elevator's a bit quirky, and the door to the screen porch is a bit difficult to use. But the amount of space, furnishings, quality bathrooms, multiple TV rooms, well-equipped kitchen, tankless hot water, and other features far surpass the minor inconveniences mentioned above. Also, the owners' service was excellent. Prior to arrival, they responded quickly and completely to our questions. There was also an island-wide power surge during our stay that affected the upstairs A/C. We had a tech out to check the house that same afternoon. Overall, we had a great experience and would return to this property.

Spacious Property with Multiple Amenities

This spacious home offers ample space for 3 adult couples with private bathrooms for each of the 3 large bedrooms, a dedicated kids room (4 bunk beds) with an attached bathroom, and a loft area for kids to relax leaving the downstairs living area for adults to enjoy. A large screened in deck with seating, open patio with seating, small fire pit, a grill, and a large garage for storing bikes, kayaks, and beach gear keeping them secure and out of the weather. The elevator provides an easy way to bring heavier items inside through the garage entrance into the kitchen. While direct beach access isn't available public parking/access for the beach is nearby and is also a short ride via bikes. A less than 10min car ride can get you to a County Park beach access on the island ($10 per car per day) and offers changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and a snack bar. If you like kayaking tours are available at Mingo Point and you can also launch your own kayak from this location ($5 a day or $25 for a week) and they have an area available to clean your gear after your outing as well. Lots to do on the island alone so it's worth reading up on Kiawah before your trip including the nearby shopping center.

Some showers did not work properly and a handle came off. Sticky door latches...need some WD40. We left a note for handy man. Loved the screened porch!

The house is very spacious with a great screened-in porch which we used every morning and evening. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook at home. We used the beach access at Boardwalk 40 which was about a 2 mile bike ride from the house and was very manageable for our whole family.The management company did a nice job of communicating with us prior to our arrival as well as responding to questions we had once we arrived.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 287 Marsh Cove is a beautiful home, great location beyond the 2nd gate in Kiawah, and easy bike ride to all locations within Kiawah. The only disappointing aspect was the heavy pollen coating on all outside porch and patio furniture...clearly had not been cleaned for our stay. Impacted our ability to enjoy the exterior elements of the home.
