Appena elencato 6/24/19 dopo un recente acquisto e ristrutturazione. Prima volta sul mercato degli affitti. Non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto nel nostro pacifico rifugio! Svegliati e goditi la splendida vista sulla laguna e sul campo da golf del falco pescatore circondato da palme e querce mature e mature che gocciolano di muschio spagnolo prima di iniziare la giornata nella meravigliosa isola di Kiawah. Goditi un facile, ~ 5 minuti in bicicletta verso la spiaggia sotto antiche querce lungo il sentiero Allee of the Oaks della piantagione di Vanderhorst. Dopo una giornata trascorsa alla famosa spiaggia di Kiawah, giocando a golf o in kayak, siediti e rilassati al vento sulla veranda protetta. Ci sono buone possibilità di catturare una visione della ricca fauna selvatica e del cielo sereno prima di ritirarsi in una notte di riposo in questa casa con quattro camere da letto di Governors Drive. Situato in una posizione favolosamente centrale dietro il secondo cancello nella piantagione di Vanderhorst ma offre un facile accesso a tutto ciò che Kiawah ha da offrire, tra cui la spiaggia, il golf, il Santuario e il campo da golf.

Jill was a great host, and we really enjoyed the home! Very spacious for our family of 8, open living room with a great view of the pond and golf course, we saw a lot of deer and birds. Perfect location for biking around the island. We would stay here again!

This our 8th family visit to Kiawah Island, and we loved every minute this year. Beautiful house, great location and peaceful backyard view. The hostess, Jill, is so accommodating. The other half of our family stayed at the property across the street. It was fun for everyone, and especially nice that the cousins and grandchildren could easily go back and forth. I especially liked that the beach bike path is right there. Can’t wait for next year! This set up worked for us and we’ll all be back!

Renovation was done well. House is nicely laid out for families with multiple aged guests as there are bedrooms on both sides of the home. Good for two small families. I did not like the location right on a main road and the driveway is laid out in a complicated way. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness.

Great location right off Governors Dr Property was clean and well appointed. Our adult family of seven were all comfortable and enjoyed the great view of the 13th fairway on the Osprey Course. Would recommend and stay again.

Osprey Breeze at 177 Governors was a great location on Kiawah with a great lagoon view and more than adequate space for my family of 6. The owner made herself available and we would love to stay there again! Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

This is a well-laid out house in a perfect location. It is within the second gate (which is a plus for me) and a lovely, easy, welcome bike ride to the beach. Also easy ride to the Sanctuary Resort and its amenities. There was ample room for 7 people (ages 19 - 52) and I love that, unlike so many rentals, it wasn't just a sea of queen beds. It would be an easy house to have younger kids in as well - two of the bathrooms are accessible to all. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was responsive before and during our stay - ready to offer guidance and answer questions. It really felt like staying at a friend's house.

Our our stay at Kiawah in this property was fantastic. The house is well laid out for families and is centrally located on the island. The owners of the property were super responsive to any questions or issues that arose. It is their care of the home and attention to guest satisfaction that makes all the difference. We rented this house and it was perfect for our family for Spring Break 2020 Take 2. We had four couples - so everyone had their own space which was very nice. But we could also hang out in the common area to watch the wildlife, play games, or just enjoy each other's company.

A fantastic home with a fantastic owner. Jill provided a helpful guidebook for recommended activities and communicated quickly with answers to our questions. The house is right on the bike path which makes it such an easy and beautiful bike ride (about 10 minutes) to the beach access. The home is perfect for families and couples a like with plenty of room to relax, gather, or work if needed. You will definitely be happy with this home!

The home was perfect for our family getaway and would also be perfect if you and your friends are looking for a place to stay. Enjoyed grilling and having dinner on the screened porch and took advantage daily of the bikes available and rode all over the island. The home is very clean, comfortable and has more room than you realize. We have been coming to Kiawah for 28 years and we will be repeat customers to this property. I highly recommend this property.
