LUXURIOUS Kiawah Home with River & Marsh Views, Media Room, Glass Elevator!

Welcome to this classically-coastal luxury home on Kiawah Island, with an emphasis on luxury. With three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and almost five thousand square feet of living space. Surrounded by marsh and nature, this is the perfect island retreat.

When you enter the home to the first floor, you'll be greeted by a grand foyer featuring a piano and seating area. Take a left from there and you'll find the first two bedrooms, both with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as the laundry area and powder room. To the right of the foyer is where the theater and media room resides, along with a full bathroom, a wet bar, and access to the screened porch and deck area.

You'll find no detail spared on the second floor. Take the glass elevator up to find the luxurious living space with flat screen and wet bar, the gourmet kitchen fit for any chef, both formal and casual dining spaces, and a study. All designed with comfort and convenience in mind for our guests. The large windows offer panoramic marsh views, or enjoy them from the deck outside.

On the third and final level, the king primary suite. This room features any luxury you could imagine - a reading nook, sprawling primary bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, and TV, and an expansive walk-in closet. Not to mention the private deck where our iconic sunsets can be enjoyed.

Looking to get outside? There is no shortage of things to do nearby. Just a stone's throw to our stunning beaches, golf courses, walking trails, tennis courts, and local parks. A vacation with us is sure to combine secluded luxury with outdoor adventure. We can't wait to host you!

Amazing Home!

31 Salt Cedar on Kiawah was an absolute delight to rent for the week. The house was in a perfect location to ride your bike to the beach. Traveling with children, safety is always one of our main concerns, and we had no worries staying here. The house itself was a showstopper! Beautiful and so clean! The master bath and shower were to die for! The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was clean and ready to use, and the media room was a blast to play video games in at night. There were so many extra touches, loads of outdoor seating, a piano, a large selection of books and games and TV’s in almost every room. They even have birdseed to fill the back deck feeder. We were able to see a large variety of birds come to feed while we were there. The house was very large, but also so cozy at the same time. The furniture was comfortable and well placed to entertain. Working with SweetGrass properties was exceptionally easy, and they took care of all of our needs, checking in on us during our stay to be sure everything was to our liking. Thank you for a wonderful, restful, peaceful vacation, full of sun, fun and delicious food! We will definitely be back!

I was disappointed that this property is much more outdated than the pictures show. It seemed as though no one had been in the property in a while. There was a dirt robber nest found in the house by the pest control after we arrived. The fan in the master is broken and not to be used. The master has many beautiful windows but no shades at all, so at night you feel exposed and then you wake up with the sunrise. The WI-FI does not work well at all. If I made a phone call I needed to make it from my car. We had to reset the routers several times. Last, there was a camera pointing into the downstairs bedroom when we arrived. It was odd. This is a beautiful, grand home. It has a beautiful view. It does need some better prep for guests and could use some updates.
