PET FRIENDLY Fairway Oaks Villa! Kiawah West Beach

This three bedroom and three bathroom is beautifully renovated and is located a wonderful location on Kiawah Island, just a quick five minute walk to the beach. Comprised of two levels, upon entering you'll find the open kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor along with a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Take the stairs to the second floor where both the king master suite and third bedroom with two twins reside. All rooms in the home have their own respective bathrooms! The back porch allows you to take in all of the gorgeous scenery around you. Enjoy your morning coffee accompanied by the southern sounds of birds, frogs, and a breeze through the surrounding trees. Your ideal Resort vacation awaits!

**​​​​​​​During the off season months, many regimes and complexes complete renovation projects, general maintenance, and building repairs. There is planned exterior construction for the decks throughout Fairway Oaks from October 2025 - March 2026. If there are concerns about how any nearby work might impact your vacation, please inquire with our team as schedules can vary weekly by scale and area.**

Great spot for a family beach trip

Great location! Close to the Kiawah entrance and a short walk to beach access. Also close to the Sandcastle pool. Plenty of space and comfortably appointed. Loved that we were able to bring our pup! We had a wonderful time! We’ll be back!

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable townhouse with convenient access to beach and walking paths. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful grounds.

There are so many great things to say about this property!

Great location, short walk to the beach, great TV, cable channels, and internet, comfortable couch, the charge for having my 2 dogs with me was very reasonable. It looked like the kitchen had been recently remodeled and the appliances were very nice. The negatives are very minor, and I would love to stay here again: some electrical outlets seemed loose (especially the one in the downstairs bathroom) and the fan switch affected the lights in that bathroom, which was a little worrisome. The front steps seemed to tilt downward slightly and the top where they joined to the porch probably needs to be reinforced. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom isn't very comfortable, but ok. I did not use the upstairs at all, since it was just me and my two small dogs. Overall, this is a great place and I really enjoyed my time there--thank you so much!

We love Kiawah! Great location Qiuiet The townhouse could use some updates. The bedding could be improved. We couldn’t find any scissors, coffee maker was dirty. It would be nice if some bare necessities were provided, such as salt and pepper, sweetener, foil, coffee filters, more soaps.

Great location Great Spot!

We only have two recommendations for the stay. The lockbox for the key wasn't in the correct location as per the instructions. We recommend adding blinds to the room downstairs for privacy reasons. Other than that, everything was amazing and it was so clean and a great place to stay. I highly recommend!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway for Beach and Golf

We enjoyed a long weekend with easy beach access, fantastic golf, great food and easy accommodations. Everything was tidy, comfortable and amenities of Kiawah were easy to access. A couple more lamps in the bedrooms may have been nice but our weekend was great.

Great location, quiet, close to beach and restaurants.

Great stay, nice quiet home well appointed. Buses parked next door take away from the view. Need more foliage. Leaf blowers almost every morning clearing conference center lot were very annoying.
