From October 26 through November 20, Windswept Villas will be completing a scheduled parking lot repaving project. During this time, guests may need to park in an adjacent parking area and walk to their building.

The beach is just steps away. Take the elevator down, follow the path, and you’ll be on Kiawah’s beautiful shoreline. You're also close to Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary, The Nest Market & Café, the famous Treehouse playground, nearby restaurants, tennis, golf, and miles of scenic bike paths. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for an easy stay, including beach towels, a cooler, a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additional beach gear, including chairs, sun shades, bikes, and boogie boards, can also be arranged for a fee. Whether you’re traveling with close friends or family, this ocean-view East Beach escape offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and classic Kiawah beauty.

Please note that this property does not include access to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort pools.

To help you enjoy your time on the beach, we provide beach towels and a cooler in the property.

Additionally, beach chairs, sun shades, bikes, boogie boards, and baby equipment are also available for rent.

To ensure fairness for all guests, our rates are set using dynamic pricing and are not negotiable. We are unable to offer discounts or adjust rates upon request.
