Step inside to an open-concept living space bathed in natural light, accentuated by vaulted ceilings and neutral-toned walls. The living area features built-in cabinetry and a dedicated workspace. Step out onto the spectacular private balcony to enjoy al fresco dining with sweeping ocean vistas and gentle sea breezes.
The galley-style kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom dark wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a convection microwave and oven, dishwasher, and a Samsung refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four to six guests, perfect for intimate gatherings and memories with family.
The primary suite serves as a peaceful sanctuary, offering breathtaking ocean views. The adjoining marble en suite bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a walk-in closet.
Additional amenities include a stacked washer and dryer. The villa's prime location offers direct access to Kiawah's pristine beaches via Boardwalk 20 and is just moments away from the Night Heron Park, The Nest market and café, and the esteemed Sanctuary Hotel.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
