  • This is an 1157 sq ft, ocean front, 2 bedroom/2 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! This property is on the 2nd floor of an oceanfront building with a private deck. It is steps from the beach. It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the master bedroom.

    From the patio deck one can see the amazing salt pruning that occurs on the vegetation as air from the Atlantic ocean starts ascending above the trees. The salt air will prune the vegetation. Some salt air even deposits on the windows when it is not blowing on you. Deer frequently like to eat breakfast and snacks on the dunes.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas.

    There is Zinc Top Dining Room Table with a Dark Weathered Zinc Oak chandelier with 6 chairs.

    The living area is large and roomy with a large chaise sectional sleeper sofa and large TV on natural wood paneled wall.

    There are beautiful wide-planked, gray textured wood floors throughout.

    The bedroom includes a King Bed and a second TV. You enter the huge spa-like bathroom from the master bedroom and are able to enjoy the large walk-in shower with bench, shower massage, large shower head and a hand head shower. In the master bedroom, there is also a nice bathtub. The faucets in the bathtub and sink have old European type look.

    There is smaller bedroom has a King Bed and third TV and walk in shower with spa like shower heads. There is bench, message heads, hand head and shower head. The faucets in the sink have old European type look.

    This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Also included is wireless internet to help you stay connected during your stay, washer and dryer.

We’ve been visiting Kiawah multiple times each year for years, and this is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach and just a short walk to The Nest, The Sanctuary, and everything else you might need during your stay.The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated how convenient everything was while still feeling peaceful and private.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to experience Kiawah. Five stars!

Such a terrific property that looks out at the beach and ocean with the boardwalk to the beach near this property. We loved the separated king bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Both were very spacious and worked great for our stay. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the ocean. This location is in close proximity to the Sanctuary property which is nice if you're attending events there. The parking was great and we never had any issues finding a close parking space. Overall is was a great visit and Ranjiv was so helpful with communication.

This is an excellent property as it relates to getting you excellent beach access. The living room is nicely arranged. The dining area has a large table great for games during the evenings. The kitchen is well outfitted. Bathrooms are spacious and have great towels. The area has some restaurants close by, but at home dining is a good choice for some of the daysThe balcony set up is shaded all day and has a very good view of the. We played pickleball and padel while visiting

Lovely stay at Windswept Condo

Our stay was lovely. The condo is beautifully designed and it is very clean. The views out to the beach are wonderful. Ranjiv is very nice and truly cares about your stay. Would highly recommend this unit.

My husband and I rented this fabulous condo over Thanksgiving weekend with more family staying in a condo close by. Beautiful ocean front condo with easy access to the beach. Wonderful experience! We will definitely rent this lovely home again! fabulous!

Gorgeous stay and location!

We are so happy that we chose to stay at this property for our extended stay in Kiawah. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of two couples. We loved both the mornings and evenings on the large Oceanside patio and it was an easy walk to the beach each day. Had a few questions before the trip and the property manager was extremely quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kiawah and hope to return soon!

Ocean front 2 bedroom unit

Unit was well furnished with kitchen equipment and laundry supplies. Furniture and mattresses very comfortable. Good TVs. Great view of beach and ocean. Most importantly, the owner was very responsive to any unforseen problems (like some noisy construction that was going on and only one elevator in service). He wanted to ensure we were happy. That meant a lot.

Our family absolutely loved this property at Kiawah !!! It was perfect in every way. Ranjiv could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us. He and the property were both outstanding. I would give it more than 5 stars if the system let me. It is just the best. Definitely plan to return !!!

You had me at “on the beach”!

The property was on the beach and near Boardwalk 22, which made it easy to cross the foliage on a wooden walkway and get right onto the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. The property was clean. On this visit, the screen door to the balcony appeared broken and off the track propped up next to the wall on the balcony, which just meant we kept the door closed, however, otherwise we would have enjoyed a screen door and the beach air. The property was decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable. It is smaller than it appears on the listing, but it was a lovely 2 nights stay for four people.

Beautiful updated condo with an incredible view.

The condo was beautifully updated with an incredible view. This unit is located on Boardwalk 22. All we had to do is walk out to the boardwalk and we were on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available to rent directly in front of us. Our friends staying in the complex next to us were jealous as to how nice our unit was compared to theirs.The Sanctuary was just a few minutes walk. We were able to rent bicycles there and have lunch.We were there celebrating our sons wedding. The wedding, the condo and everything around us was a perfect 10.My only suggestion to our host is to make sure that everything the guests need is well in stock, which includes toilet paper, full hand soap dispensers, and cleaning supplies.We will denitely contact our host when we come back. Was a great trip!!
