“Hotel reservation requests were not met. I made my reservation two weeks before my stay with a notation that the two rooms be adjoining. I even called the hotel directly to check that they could accommodate my request and I was assured that they would. Upon checking in I was told that two double queen adjoining rooms were no longer available. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience and settled for rooms across the hall from one another. “The room was clean and well appointed. We loved the vibe. The only minor issue was that the parking lot was not plowed so there was a few inches of snow in it. We would stay again! ”
