“Staff was professional and polite towards me, but management of the property, that’s a different story, a lot of weed smoke throughout the hallways, a lot of arguing with the guests, a lot of bad kids making noise, I think that they also rent out their rooms monthly to the locals like an apartment, I witnessed a few junkies renting rooms, which they have a right to, it was just a turn off, I did a out of state job, and the room was literally 6 minutes away from the job, needless to say I have to...

“The actual toilet was so close to the sink that it was impossible to sit comfortably; had to remove the toilet paper roll to lift the seat. There was no breakfast, no milk for cereal or coffee. Ringing the bell resulted in nothing - no one.”

“The entrance had caution tapes. The room was very dirty and dusty with the beds being stained and the sink being filthy. The bathtub knob was broken and did. it drain properly so the water would fill up the tub. The device was unacceptable because the front desk lady was rude and impatient even. I asked to leave a day early and was informed I would get a refund and I did not. It was VERY overpriced for what was presented online. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here.”

“The room I was placed in had a light switch by the door that didn’t work, the only electricity that worked were the lamps that you had to walk up to to switch on — and these mildly lit up the room. “Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. “The staff at the front desk were courteous, professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had some trouble with our toilet but the front office was receptive to our concerns. The breakfast was delicious and the staff kept replenishing. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and if you are a light sleeper and your neighbors are chatty, you will struggle to fall asleep. The hotel has a no loud noise policy after 10pm so no concerns about any loud partying. Overall,...
