“Clean, well-run hotel situated in a newly built Cosco shopping-and-restaurant area. (While right off 202, you can actually walk to some restaurants, which you wouldn't be able to do from hotels off Bethlehem Pike/309.) Decent choice for breakfast, particularly for a chain hotel. My only complaint would be that there's no soundproofing to the hallway, so you can hear doors being opened. But it is a clean, decent, place.”

“The refrigerator leaks, the sofa bed had no mattress, . The exercise room needs sanitizing clothes.”

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“The staff was welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. ~ The breakfast offered a variety of choices. It satisfied our needs and was pleasing to the eye. ~ Parking was easily accessible, and the area felt safe. ”

“Nothing to like in this dump”

“Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

“We stayed 2 nights. All the staff were nice. It is an older property that seems to be in the process of updating the facilities. But it was clean. Breakfast area was clean and food was fresh. Overall not bad for a quick meal. The only issue we had was the spare roll of toilet paper had roach eggs and baby roaches in it. But that could be from the manufacturer or distributor. Didn't see any evidence of bugs anywhere else in building. I did inform front desk of problem, and they let housekeeping...
