Facile da raggiungere e in buona posizione. Pulito. Buon livello, adatto per viaggi di lavoro. Buona colazione e disponibilità sauna.

Delusione
Il riscaldamento non esisteva nonostante ci fossero 13°C fuori a giugno. Internet in camera arriva con difficoltà e il giorno prima di ripartire proprio non funzionava. Alla reception il giorno della partenza vi era una persona poco gentile/disponibile.

Es ist sehr schön das man seine Haustiere mitbringen darf. In der Reservierung wurde nur leider nicht darauf hingewiesen das sie extra kosten pro Nacht. Vielleicht habe ich es auch einfach nur übersehen. Ich habe einen großen Dobermann sehr lieb, was aber auf den ersten Blick nicht zu sehen ist, und es war kein Problem mit ihm einzuchecken.

Wir durften nach der langen Zugfahrt direkt ein Zimmer beziehen und mussten nicht bis 15.00 Uhr warten! Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern und mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett ausgestattet. Das Bad schien allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber und daher stellte es für uns und für die eine Nacht kein Problem dar. Wir würden hier wieder einchecken!

Bokade ett superior rum, vilket kostade mer än vad det borde. Rummet var stort och hade trots det endast en fåtölj. Det borde funnits ett litet kylskåp. Det syntes att golvet inte var städat när vi kom, framförallt på toaletten. Annars är det bra frukost och trevlig personal. Kudden var dessvärre mycket platt.

Varme problemer
Personalet og servicen var der ikke noget i vejen med. Opholdet blev lidt af en prøvelse da det var koldt udenfor om natten og varmen gik i stykker søndag da jeg ankom og det var iskoldt på værelset på 4 sal. Også restauranten hvor vi spiste morgenmad var iskold mandag morgen. Jeg fik dog kompensation for det og tilbudt et andet Tulip hotel hvis varmen ikke kunne repareres. Varmen kom igen mandag eftermiddag. Den sidste nat til torsdag var der hverken varmt vand eller varme. Her fik jeg også en kompensation.

Toilette war sichtbar nicht geputzt! Müll, Staub und Schmutz auch im Zimmer. Couch war fleckig und hatte ihr Lebensende erreicht. Personal an der Rezeption interessiert sich leider wenig für einschlägige Hinweise. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus! Zimmer/Haus hätte viel Potential wenn es mit wenig Aufwand in Stand gehalten werden würde. Für eine Nacht Stop over war es ganz okay.
