Ammira spiagge meravigliose, assaggia la cucina isolana, fai shopping nelle attività locali e rilassati con la magia di un tramonto Maui.

Questa unità con una camera da letto e un bagno ha un letto king size nella camera da letto e un divano letto nel soggiorno per ospiti extra. Situato al 6 ° piano, si gode una splendida vista sull'oceano dal lanai. Cucina sulla cucina a gas (una scoperta rara a Maui) nella cucina completamente attrezzata, oppure dai un'occhiata ai ristoranti locali. Quindi vai in spiaggia con la sedia a sdraio, gli asciugamani e il refrigeratore per renderlo un giorno perfetto! Ci sono negozi, ristoranti e alcune delle spiagge più quotate delle Hawaii, a pochi passi dal condominio. Dirigiti dall'altra parte della strada per Kamaole Beach II, spesso chiamata la migliore spiaggia di Kihei. Lì puoi nuotare, fare snorkeling, surf e rilassarti sulla bellissima sabbia.

This place gets a great rating for location. Its basically on the beach. The property is also very nice with 2 great pools and bbq areas for use. The view from the unit was great being on the top floor. The unit itself was dated and could use a lot of tlc. The bed is old and squeaky. The pull out couch very stained and off putting. I needed to wash most pots and pans and cutlery because they were dirty or greasy. I did enjoy the bath towels. They were nice. Overall. The location is great but the unit is in need of a refresh. All interaction with host was fine.

Good location

Can’t beat the location. I have stayed at this property multiple times. This unit was stocked with the essentials. The only thing is the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky every time you moved. We took turns sleeping on the couch. It could have also used a good mop before we checked in. Other than that the property manager was very attentive and easy process to check in!

Washer wouldn’t work properly and had to manipulate to get it to work by adding many pans of water, forcing it to wash again to get it to rinse. Dryer worked but looked like it had caught fire once. Floor filthy. My feet would turn black if I went barefoot in the condo. This started immediately after we got there. So it wasn’t us that dirtied the floor. The shower had mold and hard water build up. Shower floor was nasty. Had to buy bleach spray to use shower safely. Pane of glass fell out of front door, exposing us to anyone who wished to look in on us. So embarrassing. The promise to fix the next day didn’t happen. My complaints led them to fix it the second day. Due to filth in the shower and the floor, plus the door exposing us to anyone and not getting fixed as promised, I would not rent again.

Did the job

Stay was convenient for 1st time in Maui to get to where we wanted to go. The condo was decent. I would say the kitchen definitely should be gutted and bathroom was decent. Bed was great. Definitely need to clean dust from above bedroom closest. New patio chairs were nice. Couch was gross and stained. Nice property grounds. Quick easy walk to a nice beach. Felt safe. Overall was a decent stay. Communication was great with questions I had.

Horrible unit.

Very dirty, plus has not been tended to for a long time. Baseboards off, very dated; doors to closet, etc. very hard to open; etc. Just walking on the floors, feet became black. Looks nice in photo, but BEWARE. Friends were in a unit as well, and paid less money... beautiful view, updated, clean. We spent a good portion of our time in their unit for obvious reasons.

What a wonderful experience and a wonderful condo for our family. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler were an amazing resource for us and the beach literally across the street was so perfect for all of the family. Communication was great and all of our needs were met. Everything exceeded expectations and we will definitely stay here again.

Great place with small flaws

The apartment was well equipped, the cleanliness was average. It's in a great spot which compensates a little. There is only a mobile ac in the living eoom and fans in the bedroom which is a top floor apartment so it's get a bit hot. I know cockroaches are common in the area but I saw the largest roach in my life there. I hunted it down. The furniture is a bit old.

Wonderful

Everything from booking to checking out was made easy. Staff were easily accessible, any emails I sent were responded to promptly and always in a friendly manner. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the team who run it.

Amazing location

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband. We lived that we could walk to the beach or take a very quick drive to MANY other beaches. We were also able to walk to restaurants. Traffic was a bit crazy at certain times of the day, but we got food at avoiding that. We LOVED having coffee and happy hour on the patio, trying an amazing view for sun sets and sun rises. Maui is such a romantic place, be aware a lot of the condos have open windows ;)

Dated unit

In dire need of a deep clean. Kitchen cupboards in real rough shape; shower air vent is rusted; shower door track is rusted and corroded; lanai furniture needs replacing (filthy cushions and one chair is in need of repair); ceiling fans need servicing( only one speed) and ceiling itself is littered with dust bunnies. Least appealing property we rented in past 15 years.

Overall great place, location, views and priced right

This is an overall awesome place to spend a few days in Kihei at. The other reviews are spot on. Sure it could use a few upgrades and those who need cold ac throughout may want to look elsewhere, but other than that it was perfect for our needs, expectations and budget. The management company was professional from booking to check out. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The mountain and ocean views are great. The parking spot is convenient. If you want a nice, comfortable place to stay that is priced right this is it.

Great location and view

The property was very pleasant and made for a nice holiday. Kitchen is pretty dated. Missing pots and kettle were promptly replaced by property manager. Could use another chair in living space. Otherwise good.

Condo needs updating … Need to replace ceiling vent in shower( full of dirt & rust) Bathroom walls need to be plastered & painted. Main issue is the Bedroom is HOT. No A/C in bedroom and fans didn’t cool off room!

Over all the property was what I was expecting, with a couple of things that could have been better. We were trying to keep the property clean, so we removed our shoes when we entered. But, after a few minutes the bottom of our feet were completely black. Tried to take advantage of the morning and evening breeze, but due to the built-in closet in the bedroom was not able to open the windows.

Great! A few things to note*

The place was great! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon; it was very affordable and in the perfect location in Kihei for us to do things around town. It actually got us curious about buying a condo like this for ourselves in the future. **A few things to note though: 1. The AC unit is in the living room and we did not feel the cold air reaching the bedroom at all. 2. There is a laundry unit but no detergent so you need to get your own detergent. 3. There are beach chairs that come with the place which we found to be so helpful so thank you for that!(my wife and I also bought a body surfing board and left it in the apartment for you all)

Great location. Condo was exactly like pictured and the check in process was very easy. Great place to come home to after a day at the beach &/or other excursions. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I’m in Maui.

The property location is amazing! Couldnt ask for a bettwe one in Kihei. Check in was seamless and parking wss perfect. Loved there was in unit laundry as our luggage didn't arrive so uses that daily. There was lawn chair's for us to use we used that daily. Bed was supwe comfy and everything was very clean. My ONLY complaint was the kitchen could use a facelift. Alot of the cabinet door front's were missing and a couple baseboard were missing. The kitcjen was not inviting but we used for quick breakfasts.
